declineswerefoundinforests,theninintensiveagricultureandthespeciessucceedingin
intensiveagriculturewereofteninvasive(侵入的).Butondiversifiedfarms,asignificantsubset
ofbirdspeciestypicallyfoundinforests,includingsomeofconservationconcern,actually
increasedovertime.
Whilethisresearchimpliesthatdiversifiedfarmingcouldbekeyforbiodiversity,the
relationshipgoesbothways:biodiversityiskeyforfoodsecurity.Inthiscase,thatmeanshavinga
