PositionandResponsibilities:

ConfidentialityandNon-Compete:

TheEmployeeacknowledgesthatduringtheiremployment,theymayhaveaccesstoconfidentialinformationandtradesecretsoftheEmployer.TheEmployeeagreestokeepsuchinformationconfidentialandnottodiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.Furthermore,uponterminationofthisAgreement,theEmployeeagreesnottoengageinanybusinessoractivitythatdirectlycompeteswiththeEmployerforaperiodof_____________months/years.5.

Termination:

Amendments:

AnymodificationsoramendmentstothisAgreementmustbeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.8.

GoverningLaw:

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheState/Countryof________________________.9.

EntireAgreement:

Severability:
