Nolaterthanninemonthsaftertheevaluationauditfor“A”ratedsitesA级供应商在审核后9个月之内跟踪检查Nolaterthansixmonthsaftertheevaluationauditfor“B”ratedsiteswithapercentageofapplicationequaltoorgreaterthan90%butwithatleastonecriticalCorrectiveActionSheet.Ifthefollow-upauditconfirmsthatcorrectiveactionsareinplacetosolvecriticalcorrectiveactionsheets,thenthesupplierisrated

14ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)产品质量保证stage1:Selectionofsuppliers供应商评价与选择productspecifications产品技术规范targetcosts目标成本qualityandlogistics质量与供货15ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)产品质量保证stage2:DefinitionofValeorequirementsfilewiththesupplier与供应商确定法雷奥要求文件

ThisfiledetailsValeo’srequirementsconcerningtheabove3itemstogetherwiththedocumentstobesuppliedbythesupplierand/orValeoduringthePQAprocess.TheserequirementsaredrawnupanddiscussedbyValeoandthesupplierduringstage2.Attheendofthisstage,ValeofinalizestheValeoRequirementsFileandsendsittothesupplierforapproval.

要求的文件包括涉及上述3点要求的文件及在PQA步骤实施中由供应商或法雷奥提供的文件。这些要求由VALEO和供应商一起在第二阶段共同制定并讨论。16ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)产品质量保证stage3:Definitionandacceptanceofthequalityassurancefile(QAF)质量保证文件确定与认可ThisfileformalizesresponsestoQualityrequirements.ItispresentedbythesupplierandjointlyexaminedwithValeo.OncethisfilehasbeenexaminedandapprovedwithregardtotheValeoRequirementsFile,thesupplierundertakestocomplywithitandsubmitallproposalsformodifyingorimprovingtheproductorprocessforapprovaltoValeo,includingintheeventofatransferofproduction.Thisstageendswiththelaunchofthetoolingatthesupplier.

该文件汇总了质量要求的对策,首先由供应商提出并与法雷奥一起审核,按照法雷奥要求文件审核认可后,供应商承诺遵守此文件,并将产品或工艺更改、改进提交法雷奥认可,包括生产运行情况。此阶段供应商开始投入工装。

17ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)产品质量保证stage4

:Validationofproductionprocess(fullproductionday/processaudit)过程认可(满负荷生产/过程审核)

Theauditisvalidonlyiftheprocessauditedistheonethatwillbeusedinvolumeproduction(equipmentandconditions).

审核仅在批量生产的工艺下才有效。

02).Otherwise,thesuppliermustdrawupanactionplanandafollow-upauditperformed.

只有当过程审核的结果令人满意(根据VAQA2102过程审核程序)时,该工艺才可以被法雷奥认可。否则供应商应该制定实施计划,并进行跟踪审核。

InitialsamplesmustbetakenduringthefullproductiondayrunanddeliveredinvolumeproductionpackagingtogetherwithfulldocumentationasspecifiedintheValeoRequirementsFile.

首批样品必须在满负荷批量生产时抽取,采用批量供货的包装与符合法雷奥要求文件格式的资料一起送到法雷奥。Thefullproductiondayrunwouldtypicallybefromonehourtooneshift'sproduction,withthespecificproductionquantitytototal300

partsminimumunlesssomeotherquantityhasbeenagreeduponinwriting.Partsfromeachpositionofamultiplecavitydie,mold,toolorpatternaretobemeasuredandrepresentativepartstested.

满负荷批产通常持续1小时到一个班次,最少生产300件或书面确定并认可的数量。在有多付模具或一型多模时,每模零件都要测量、检验。

PeriodicauditsoftheprocessmustbeperformedbythesupplierattheintervalsdefinedintheProcessDataSheet.AuditreportsandcorrectiveactionplansmustbeavailableforconsultationbyValeoatalltimes.

供应商按照审核计划规定的频率定期进行过程审核,审核记录及纠正措施计划及时呈报法雷奥。Valeowillperformprocessauditsonceevery4yearsatleastandreservestherighttocarryoutnewauditswheneveritseesfit.

法雷奥最多4年要定期进行过程审核,并保留随时进行审核的可能。

20ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)产品质量保证Stage5:Acceptanceofinitialsamples首批样品的认可TheaimofSupplierInitialSamples(I.S.)istocheckthattheproduct(performance,characteristics,reliability,capability,tests,etc.),productionlinesandequipmentcomplywithspecifications.

供应商首批样品是用来检验产品(性能、特性、可靠性、能力、试验,…)、生产线及设备是否符合技术规范的要求。ValeousestheseI.S.toqualifyproductsonthebasisofthevalidationplan.

法雷奥按照认可计划对首批样品进行检验确认。AcceptanceofSupplierI.S.byValeocanonlybegivenifthisinternalqualificationstageissatisfactory.

只有内部认可合格后才可宣布法雷奥认可供应商首批样品。IfSupplierInitialSamplesarerejected,fullproductioncannotgoahead.供应商首批样品未认可时禁止零件批量供货。

21ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)产品质量保证Stage6:ProbationaryPeriod试用期ThisstageiscompulsoryforallpartswithinthescopeofapplicationofPQA.此步骤对于所有实施PQA的零件是必须的。Theprobationaryperiodlastsforatleast2monthsandinvolvesatleast6productionbatches*ofthepartsinvolved.试用期至少为2个月涉及6批批量生产的零件。

Ifanincidentoccurs,thepartwillbesubjectedtoanewprobationaryperiodafteranappropriateactionplan,approvedbyValeo,hasbeeneffectivelyimplemented.如出现质量事故,只有在有效地实施了法雷奥认可的纠正措施后,才开始新的试用期。22ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)产品质量保证Stage7:PQAmanagementPQA供货ThisstageiscompulsoryforallpartswithinthescopeofapplicationofPQA.此步骤对于所有实施PQA的零件是必须的。PQAStatus

PQA状态APQApartisapartthatisnotsubjecttoValeoincominginspection(exceptforproductauditswhicharecarriedoutperiodicallyasdefinedbyValeo)andwhoseconformanceisguaranteedbythesupplierthroughthestrictapplicationofQAP.p.I.Swillbere-qualifiedinlinewiththeperiodicityspecifiedintheValeoRequirementsFile实行PQA供货是指零件在法雷奥不再进行进货检验(法雷奥规定的定期产品审核除外),通过严格执行产品质量保证计划由供应商保证产品质量。此外,根据法雷奥要求文件规定的频次对首批样品进行重新认可。BeforePQAdeliveriescanbegin,thesuppliermustberatedA.

Noincidentsinvolvingthepartinquestionmusthaveoccurredduringtheprobationaryperiodandthequalityobjectives(lineppm)musthavebeenachieved.Ifapartbelongstoatechnologyfamily,nonon-conformancemusthavebeenidentifiedinthecommonproductionprocessduringtheprobationaryperiod.

PQA供货的供应商必须是A级供应商,试用期内零件不能出现任何事故,并且要达到质量目标(PPM值),对于采用同类工艺的零件,试用期内同种工艺不能出现不符合情况(质量问题)。Ifalltheaboveconditionshavebeenmet,thePurchasingDepartmentgivesthesupplierthedateonwhichPQAdeliveriescanstartforthepart.

满足上述条件时,由采购部门通知供应商某种零件开始实行AQP供货的日期。AllPQAdeliveriesmustbeidentifiedbyaPQAlabelonallboxes,containers,etc.

产品质量保证下供货的每个包装上应该有明显的AQP识别标记。ThesuppliermustbeinapositiontoinformValeooftheresultsofinspectionscarriedoutforeachbatchdeliveredinlinewiththerequirementsoftheQAP.p.
