《GB/T 17664-2024 木炭》相较于《GB/T 17664-1999 木炭和木炭试验方法》,主要在以下几个方面进行了更新与调整:

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T17664—1999《木炭和木炭试验方法》,与GB/T17664—1999相比,除结构调
整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了硬阔叶木炭、阔叶木炭、松木炭的定义(见3.1、3.2、3.3,1999年版的2.1、2.2、
2.3);
—增加了果木炭、机制炭、菊花炭的定义(见3.4、3.5、3.6);
—删除了“技术指标”中硬阔叶木炭、杂木炭、松木炭的炭头及夹杂物指标,增加了挥发分指
标、热值指标及其试验方法(见4.2、5.6,1999年版的3.2);
—增加了“技术指标”中果木炭、机制炭、菊花炭的技术指标(见4.2);
—将“全水分”更改为“水分”,并更改了仪器设备参数(见5.1、5.1.2.2、5.5,1999年版的
4.1、4.1.2、4.3);
—更改了“试验方法”中测挥发分用坩埚图(见图1,1999年版的图1)。

1范围
本文件规定了木炭的技术要求,描述了相应的试验方法,并规定了检验规则、标志、包装、运输、
贮存等要求。
本文件适用于以木材、竹材、秸秆等生物质原料经炭化而制成的木炭的生产、贸易或流通。

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

硬阔叶木炭high-densityhardwoodcharcoal
由具有较高密度和硬度的阔叶材炭化而制成的炭。
3.2
阔叶木炭hardwoodcharcoal
由硬、软阔叶的混合材炭化而制成的炭。
注:也称杂木炭。

松木炭conifercharcoal
由松木等针叶材炭化而制成的炭。
