前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T25764—2010《滚动轴承汽车变速箱用滚子轴承》,与GB/T25764—2010相

比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了适用范围(见第1章,2010年版的第1章);

b)更改了清洁度控制指标及测试滤膜孔径尺寸(见8.8、9.8,2010年版的8.7、9.7);

c)增加了摩擦力矩及其试验方法(见8.11、9.10);

d)更改了检验滚子下垂量所用塞规的通端尺寸(见9.2.2,2010年版的9.2.1);

e)更改了检验滚子下垂量所用环规的通端尺寸(见9.2.3,2010年版的9.2.2);

f)增加了出厂检验项目中滚子下垂量和旋转灵活性(见10.1),型式检验项目中摩擦力矩(见

10.3.2)。

1范围

本文件规定了汽车变速箱用滚子轴承的代号方法、结构类型、外形尺寸、技术要求、检验规则、标志

和防锈包装,描述了相应的检测方法。

本文件适用于汽车变速箱用滚子轴承(以下简称“轴承”)的制造。
