前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO22109:2020《工业阀门阀门用齿轮箱》。
本文件与ISO22109:2020相比,在结构上有较多调整,两个文件之间结构编号变化对照一览表见
附录A。
本文件与ISO22109:2020的技术差异及其原因如下:
a)删除了ISO22109:2020中3.3“行程终端”术语和定义,因其在正文中并未用到;
b)删除了表1~表3中D类连续调节型齿轮箱的分类和寿命要求(见5.1),以满足我国在实际
应用中的需要;
c)增加了齿轮箱的限位螺钉的要求(见5.2),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
d)更改了工作环境湿度要求(见5.5.1),更改“工作环境湿度≥90%(25℃)”为“工作环境湿度不
大于90%(25℃)”,以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
e)删除了ISO22109:2020中5.5.2海拔要求,以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
f)用规范性引用的GB/T4208—2017替换了IEC60529(见5.5.2),以适应我国的应用需要;
g)用规范性引用的GB/T30790.2替换了ISO22109:2020中表4(见5.5.3),因表中内容
GB/T30790.2已覆盖;
h)用规范性引用的GB/T12222和GB/T12223替换了ISO5210和ISO5211(见5.6、5.7),以
适应我国的应用需要;
i)更改了噪声值要求(见5.8.5),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
j)增加了齿轮箱应逐台进行出厂试验要求(见7.3),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
k)删除了ISO22109:2020表5中“设计”和“文件”项目,以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
l)增加了“传动比”标志要求(见8.1.1),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
m)增加了“机械效率”和“其他约定项目”可选标志要求(见8.1.2),以满足我国在实际应用中的
需要;
n)更改了文件和包装要求(见8.2),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
o)增加了运输和储存要求(见8.3),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
p)更改了“试验温度”要求(见B.3),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要;
q)更改了“验收准则”要求(见B.5),以满足我国在实际应用中的需要。
本文件与ISO22109:2020相比做了下列编辑性改动:
——以注的形式增加了特殊工况下工作环境的说明(见5.5.1);
——以注的形式增加了齿轮箱的输出连接的特殊形式说明(见5.6.1);
——以注的形式增加了齿轮箱的输入连接的特殊形式说明(见5.6.2)。
