《物流管理概论》教学大纲课程编号：020362A课程类型：□通识教育必修课□通识教育选修课√学科基础课□专业核心课□专业提升课□专业拓展课总学时：32讲课学时：16实验（上机）学时：16学分：2考试类型：□考试√考查适用对象：工商管理大类、物流管理、电子商务专业√是□否适合作为其他专业学生的个性化选修课先修课程：无一、课程的教学目标物流学是物流专业的一门入门课程，主要学习物流管理的原理与方法，介绍物流活动（诸如物资的采购、运输、配送、仓储等）进行计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制和监督活动，以及物流管理的政策、行业管理等内容。本课程从物流管理的基本概念入手，以企业物流活动为主线，对企业物流规划，企业采购与供应物流管理，企业生产过程与生产物流管理，仓储管理与库存控制、销售物流管理、包装与搬运、物流信息系统等进行系统的讲授，使学生对物流管理的基本知识、基本内容、基本方法有一个较全面的了解。通过本课程的学习，使得学生正确把握物流的基本概念、基本原理和物流管理的基本方法，对物流科学有比较全面的认识，为进一步学习物流科学理论打下坚实的基础。课程思政教学目标，旨在对物流各个驱动因素进行介绍的同时，普及我国近年来的迅速发展现状，列数据摆事实，培养爱国荣誉感鼓励学生做新中国的建设者和接班人。二、教学基本要求（一）教学内容本课程将重点讲授和企业运营实际相关的物流管理相关内容包括：（1）物流与供应链管理基本概念，（2）物流客户服务，（3）运输与运输管理，（4）采购管理和库存管理，（5）运营与包装（5）物流系统的组织。（二）教学方法和手段本课程的教学采取多种教学手段相结合的方法：综合运用多媒体教学手段，包括PPT、教学录影带、VCD、投影胶片和实务演示材料等，并结合参观、讲座、学科竞赛等扩大学生的知识面，与实践紧密结合。（三）考核方式建议课程考核采用闭卷形式，考试成绩由二部分内容组成：1、课堂表现及实践40%。2、期末考试60%。（四）学习要求要求学生按时完成讲授课程的预习工作，按时完成作业及课堂讨论。三、各教学环节学时分配教学课时分配序号章节内容讲课实验其它合计1第一章物流Ch.1Logisticsconcepts222第二章供应链管理概念Ch.2supplychainmanagementconcept223第三章物流与信息系统Ch3.Logisticsandinformationtechnology224第四章需求、订单管理和客户服务Ch.4demandmanagement,ordermanagementandcustomerservice225第五章保护性包装和物流处理Ch.5protectivepackagingandmaterialshandling2246
