前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T3830—2008《软聚氯乙烯压延薄膜和片材》,与GB/T3830—2008相比,除结
构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了范围(见第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)增加了术语与定义(见第3章);
c)更改了产品分类(见第4章,2008年版的第3章);
d)更改了外观的要求(见5.1,2008年版的4.2);
e)更改了尺寸的要求(见5.2,2008年版的4.1);
f)更改了产品物理化学性能和指标值的要求(见5.3,2008年版的4.3);
g)删除了其他(见2008年版的4.4);
h)更改了试样取样方式(见6.1,2008年版的5.1);
i)增加了黑点和杂质的测量量具要求(见6.3);
j)删除了厚度结果表示方式(见2008年版的5.2);
k)更改了拉伸强度及拉伸断裂应变(或拉伸断裂标称应变)的试样模型和试验速度(见6.6,
2008年版的5.5.3);
l)更改了尺寸变化率的测试方法(见6.8,2008年版的5.5.6);
m)更改了加热损失率的测试方法(见6.9,2008年版的5.5.7);
n)更改了水抽出率的测试方法(见6.10,2008年版的5.5.8);
o)删除了试样制备图(见2008年版的图1);
p)更改了耐油性的测试方法(见6.11,2008年版的5.5.9);
q)增加了邻苯二甲酸酯的检测方法(见6.12);
r)增加了可迁移元素的检测方法(见6.13);
s)增加了短链氯化石蜡的检测方法(见6.14);
t)增加了润湿张力的检测方法(见6.16);
u)更改了低温冲击性的测试方法(见6.18,2008年版的5.5.10);
v)更改了需进行型式检验情形(见7.3.2,2008年版的6.3.2);
w)更改了标志的内容(见8.1,2008年版的7.1)。
