劳务雇佣合同协议书英文

Thislaboremploymentcontractagreement("Contract")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[EmployerName]("Employer"),a[Employer'slegalentity],and[EmployeeName]("Employee"),anindividual.

1.PositionandDuties

TheEmployerherebyemploystheEmployeetoperformthefollowingdutiesandresponsibilities:[Listofjobdutiesandresponsibilities].TheEmployeeagreestoperformsuchdutiesandresponsibilitiestothebestoftheirabilitiesandskills.

2.TermofEmployment

ThetermofemploymentunderthisContractshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate].TheEmployermayterminatethisContractatanytimewithorwithoutcause,uponwrittennoticetotheEmployee.TheEmployeemayalsoterminatethisContractuponwrittennoticetotheEmployer,inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthherein.

3.Compensation

TheEmployershallpaytheEmployeeasalaryof[SalaryAmount]peryear,payablebi-weekly/monthly,subjecttoapplicabletaxesandwithholdings.TheEmployermayalsoprovideadditionalbenefitsandincentivestotheEmployee,asdeterminedbytheEmployerinitssolediscretion.

4.HoursofWork

TheEmployeeshallwork[HoursPerWeek]hoursperweek,consistingof[NumberofHours]hoursofregularworkand[NumberofHours]hoursofovertimework,asrequiredbytheEmployer.TheEmployeeshallbeentitledto[NumberofHours]hoursofpaidtimeoffperyear,tobetakeninaccordancewiththeEmployer'spoliciesandprocedures.

5.ConfidentialityandNon-Disclosure

TheEmployeeacknowledgesandagreesthatduringthecourseoftheiremploymentwiththeEmployer,theymayhaveaccesstocertainconfidentialandproprietaryinformationoftheEmployer.TheEmployeeagreestomaintainthestrictestconfidentialitywithrespecttosuchinformationandnottodiscloseoruseitforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceoftheirdutiesunderthisContract.

6.IntellectualProperty

TheEmployeeacknowledgesandagreesthatallinventions,discoveries,improvements,andotherintellectualpropertycreatedbytheEmployeeduringthecourseoftheiremploymentwiththeEmployershallbethesolepropertyoftheEmployer,unlessotherwiseagreedinwritingbytheEmployer.

7.Miscellaneous

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,oftheparties.ThisContractmaybeamendedormodifiedonlybyawritteninstrumentexecutedbybothparties.
