FordeferredpaymentLetterofCredit,BuyershallpaySellerfinancecharges,atthepublishedFinancialTimesofLondonthreemonthsLIBOR(quotedononboarddateofBillofLading)plus1.5%,calculatedfor90calendardays,basis90%provisionalinvoiceamount.SuchchargesshallbeallowedforintheLetterofCreditandshallbeincludedinfirstprovisionaldrawing.7.A.5
