百合鳞茎腐烂病综合防控技术规程
1范围
本文件规定了百合鳞茎腐烂病综合防控的防控原则、防治技术和生产档案等技术要求。
本文件适用于百合生产过程中鳞茎腐烂病的综合防控。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
百合鳞茎腐烂病lilybulbrotdisease
百合生长和贮存过程中主要由尖孢镰刀菌引起的病害。
(注:其发生及危害特征见附录A。)
3.2
植物免疫诱抗剂plantimmuneinducer
能够诱导植物免疫系统使植物获得或提高对病原菌抗性的制剂。
4防控原则
坚持“预防为主,综合防治”的植保方针,根据百合鳞茎腐烂病的发生规律,优先采用农业防治和
生物防治,结合使用高效低毒低残留农药进行防治。
5防治技术
5.1品种选择
选择抗病性强的品种,或脱毒种苗,种球要求均匀一致,健壮无病虫为害,无损伤。
5.2种球处理
使用45%咪鲜胺水乳剂2000倍液或3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉可湿性粉剂20倍液浸种10min,晾干后

播种。具体使用方法见附录B。
5.3土壤处理
5.3.1轮作倒茬
与非百合科类作物实行3年以上轮作倒茬。
5.3.2深翻晒田
前茬作物收获后深翻土地30cm以上,晒田14~21d。
5.3.3土壤熏蒸
重病田使用化学熏蒸剂(如棉隆25kg/667m2)进行土壤彻底消毒处理,盖膜20d后揭膜放气7d
再播种。
5.4健身栽培
5.4.1清洁田园
发病后及时清除病株、病叶及收获后残留的病体,集中处理销毁。
5.4.2科学施肥
结合整地优先施用生物有机菌肥,每667m2施生物有机菌肥50kg~70kg,45%复合肥(N-P-K
比例为15-15-15)50kg~75kg,钙镁磷肥15kg~20kg,均匀混合翻入土壤。生长期视情况追施有
益菌制剂。生物有机肥应符合NY884的规定,肥料使用应符合GB/T32741。
5.4.3害虫和线虫防治
做好地下害虫及线虫的防控。
5.5药剂防治
优先选择生物农药,合理使用化学农药,推荐农药及使用方法见附录B。
5.6采收贮存
种球采收、运送过程中尽量减少鳞茎伤害。贮藏前需对种球和贮藏室用高锰酸钾溶液进行消毒处理,
根据产品推荐剂量和方法使用。
6生产档案
6.1生产档案
建立百合生产技术档案,记载种植品种、生产投入品、肥水管理、病虫害种类及危害程度,以及防
治方法和效果等主要生产管理技术内容,档案记录应符合附录C的规定。
6.2档案管理
档案由专职人员进行管理,随时整理并逐年归档,保存期限不少于3年。

(资料性)
百合鳞茎腐烂病发生及危害特征
百合鳞茎腐烂病,又称为基腐病、枯萎病,是百合生产上一种为害严重的土传病害,其主要致病菌
为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusariumoxysplorum)。尖孢镰刀菌可危害百合植株各器官,但主要危害地下鳞茎。植
株受害后明显矮化,叶片自下而上黄化、变紫后萎蔫干枯,叶柄缢缩呈线状,将叶片悬挂在茎秆上。严
重时茎基部缢缩,叶片全部变黄枯萎,拔时茎秆易断。地下鳞茎受害多从根尖变褐开始,直达鳞茎盘,
染病鳞茎常从鳞茎盘上脱落,严重时鳞茎腐烂,病株于开花前提早枯死。
