1.Theconceptandcharacteristicsoftheproject,projectmanagement,constructionprojectmanagementfeatures.

2Thecharacteristicsoftheproject

(1)Auniqueanduniquenessanyiteminwhichthetiming,location,environment,participationofpeople,theaimshouldvary,theyarelinkedtoprojecttheSecondProvisional.As"peopledonothavethesametwopeople",isuniqueandunique.Inadditiontheprojectduringthecourseofevents,conflictsandcontradictionsarenotthesame,soforexamplepeopleorthingsinvolvedintheproject,eachprojectisunique.Atthedevelopmentandchangesonitsuniqueness,theprojectisalsounique.

(2)Thelifecycleofprojectshavespecificstartandendtimes.Ingeneral,andinthisoneofanyoftheitemsareavailableinfourphases,namely,theconcept,planning,implementation,endingfourstageoflifesuchasbreeding,birth,growth,maturity,likethedemiseoftheprojectcycle,eachstagehasacorrespondingdifferentcharacteristics.Modern,willbeextendedtofourstagesoffivestages:"theconcept,planning,implementation,endofoperationandmaintenance."

(3)Specificobjectivesoftheprojectactivitiesare"forthecompletionofauniqueproductorservice,"sotheprojectwithacleargoal,suchasconstructionquality,durationandcostgoalsofcivilizedconstruction.Betweentheobjectivesmaybecontradictoryandconstraints,butareunitedintheproject,thetargetofabindingnature,theprojectactivityistomuchsufferingandlimittheconditions,thecompletionofthemanycontradictionsinconflictwitheachother,buthadtobecompletedtask.Theresultsofprojectmanagementistoachieveabalancebetweentheobjectivesofresults.Goalscanbedecomposed,theoveralltargetfrommulti-layeredcompositionofthesub-goals.

(4)Systemprojectisawholeorganization,projectthevariouscomponentsofthemutualinfluence,mutualconstraints,formacompletesystem,andprojectsareorganizedatthebackground,suchasconstructionprojectsareataconstructioncompanyorganizationsareorganizedandmanaged,sotheprojectisanorganizedsystemasawhole.

2engineering,biddingthepriceofeffectivecontrol

Atthetenderpriceriskfromtimetotime,pricesofnon-successful,donotthrowitemsoffofthesuccessfulbidder,oncethesuccessfulbiddermayhavetheriskofloss.Intheconstructionprocessworksthereisalwaysriskfactors,thereistheriskofmarketpricechanges,designrisk,theriskofmaterialprocurement,constructionriskmanagementandsoon,untilthecompletionoftheproject,qualifiedacceptance,project,qualityguaranteefullrecovery,personnel,constructionmachinerybasesecuritytowithdrawortransfertoanotherprojectsite,theriskoftheprojectbeforefinallydisappearing.Thereforetheworkswillnotbebiddingtodoagoodjobofriskcontrol,andprojectbiddingprices;itisparticularlyimportanttoeffectivecontrol.

(1)Financialdecision-makingcarriedout

Financialdecision-makingistheproductionandmanagementandfinancialmanagementofanimportantpartarefromafinancialpointofbusinessdecision-makingprogramontheevaluationandselection.Tenderintheinternationalpricesinordertoworkthereisprofittobesuccessfulandhavetoadapttomarketeconomyaccompaniedbythefinancialmechanism.

Aftertheaccounting-basedbudgetmanagementsystemwillnotpreventandsolvedecision-makingandthedesignphase,resultinginawasteandfishingprojects,itcannotpreventandresolveequipmentandmaterialsinthecustodyofthepriceofprocurementissues,thequalityofquestionsandissuessuchasinventory.Overviewofbudgetmanagementcannotbefixed,bothBtothefixedwork-based,mutualcommunication,understandingandleftatalossonthestandardscale,superiormanagement,theauditdepartmentandarbitralbodiesarefixedasthestandardsofevaluation;thisisastaticcontroloftheinvestment.

Biddingpricesandbudgetmanagementoverdifferentbiddingpricestobeconsideredpriortothecorporateinternalandexternalenvironmentalfactors,takingintoaccountlabor,materials,andfactorssuchaschangesinprices.Tolearnmoreaboutthegeographicalconditionsandtheprojectscopeofwork,itisnecessarytoknowthewholeprocessofrunningtheproject,projectorganization,qualitymanagement,resourcemanagement,contractmanagement.Depreciationstudy,technicalmeasures,temporaryfacilities,amortization,riskanalysis.

Foraproject,investmentinitsconstructionphaseinvolvesthedesign,materialprocurementandconstructionmanagementofthreeareas.Thequalityofinvestmentprojects,thelevelofprojectcost,playadecisiveroleistodesign.Engineeringdesignstageistheformationofthefirstphaseoftheprojectprice,atthesestageinvestmentopportunitiestosavemany,theamountoflarge,smallpricetopay.Thequalityoftheprojectconstructionperiod,theprojectfeatures,projectlifeandprojectreturnoninvestmentatthedesignstageandsotothecostoftechnologyandinvestmentform.Budgetmanagementoverthecurrentemphasisisoftenplacedontheconstructionphaseoftheconstructioncostmanagement,whileignoringthedesignstageandmaterialcostoftheprocurementphaseofmanagement,abudgetultra-budget,ultra-budgetsettlementisinevitablephenomenon.Intheprojectbiddingsystem,thecharacteristicsofengineeringdesignworkaretechnicaldecisionsofeconomic,technicaleconomicconstraints,thusenablingustodoagoodjobinprojectbiddingpricelimitseffectivecontrolmustbedesignednotonlytoachievethedesignofthescale,designstandards,designdepth,engineeringquantityandamountofinvestmentandotheraspectsofeffectivecontrol.
