英文版保险采购合同合同编号：__________partiesthisinsuranceprocurementcontract(hereinafterreferredtoas"thiscontract")isenteredintoandbetweenthefollowingtwoparties:partya:_____________________________legalrepresentative:____________________address:_____________________________contactperson:_______________________telephone:_____________________________partyb:_____________________________legalrepresentative:____________________address:_____________________________contactperson:_______________________telephone:_____________________________forthepurposeofensuringthesmoothimplementationoftheproject,partya("theclient")requirespartyb("theinsurer")toprovidethenecessaryinsuranceservices.basedonthenegotiationandconsultationofbothparties,theyhavereachedthefollowingagreement:articlesarticle1:insurancetypesandscopes1.1theclientrequirestheinsurertoprovidethefollowingtypesofinsurance:(1)propertyinsurance(2)liabilityinsurance(3)personalinsurance1.2theinsurershallprovideinsurancecoverageandservicesinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheclient,andshallnotlimitthetypesandscopesofinsurancerequiredtheclient.article2:insurancepremium2.1theclientshallpaytheinsurancepremiumtotheinsurerinaccordancewiththeinsurancepolicyandthepremiumquotationprovidedtheinsurer.2.2theinsurershallissueaninsurancepolicytotheclientafterreceivingthefullpaymentoftheinsurancepremium,andtheinsurancepolicyshallbeeffectivefromthedateofissuance.2.3theclientshallberesponsibleforthepaymentoftheinsurancepremiumandthehandlingoftheinsuranceclaimsinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsoftheinsurancepolicy.article3:insuranceperiod3.1theinsuranceperiodshallbefrom____________to____________(bothdatesincluded).3.2iftheclientrequiresanextensionoftheinsuranceperiod,theyshallapplytotheinsurerinwritingatleast15daysbeforetheexpirationoftheinsuranceperiod.theinsurershallhavetherighttoagreeordisagreewiththeextensionapplicationoftheclient.iftheinsureragreestoextendtheinsuranceperiod,theclientshallpaytheadditionalinsurancepremiuminaccordancewiththeinsurer'spremiumquotation.article4:obligationsoftheclient4.2theclientshallcooperatewiththeinsurerintheinvestigation,handlingandsettlementofinsuranceclaims.article5:obligationsoftheinsurer5.1theinsurershallprovidetheclientwithinsurancecoverageandservicesinaccordancewiththeagreedtermsandconditions.5.2theinsurershallhandletheinsuranceclaimsinatimely,impartialandeffectivemanner.5.3theinsurershallnotunreasonably拒绝ordelaythepaymentofinsuranceclaims.article6:disputeresolution6.1incaseofanydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontract,bothpartiesshallfirsttrytoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiation.6.2ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,eitherpartymaysubmitthedisputestothepeople'scourtwithjurisdictionovertheplacewherepartyaislocated.article7:supplementaryagreementthiscontractmaybesupplementedoramendedwrittenagreementofbothparties.article8:validityandtermination8.2eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractgivingwrittennoticetotheotherparty30daysbeforetheexpirationoftheinsuranceperiod.8.3ifeitherpartybreachesanymaterialtermorconditionofthiscontract,theotherpartymayterminatethiscontractwithimmediateeffect.articles9to15:otherprovisions9.1thiscontractiswritteninenglish,andanytranslationintoanotherlanguageshallnotbebindingunlessbothpartiesagreeotherwiseinwriting.9.2thiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof,andsupersedesallprioragreements,negotiationsandunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal.9.一、附件列表：1.保险采购合同主体信息表2.保险类型和服务范围详细说明3.保险费率表4.保险条款和条件5.保险单6.保险费支付凭证7.保险理赔流程和材料清单8.保险期限延长申请表9.争议解决方式说明二、违约行为及认定：1.Client未能提供准确和完整的保险信息或未如实申报索赔。2.Client未按约定支付保险费或延迟支付。3.Client未履行与保险公司合作的义务，如未协助处理理赔事宜。4.Insurer未能按照约定提供保险覆盖和服务。5.Insurer未及时、公正、有效地处理保险索赔。6.Insurer不合理拒绝或延迟支付保险索赔。三、法律名词及解释：1.保险采购合同：指买方（被保险人）与卖方（保险公司）之间为了明确保险服务内容和双方权利义务而签订的书面协议。2.保险类型：指按照保险合同的约定，保险公司承担的赔偿责任范围和性质的分类，如财产保险、责任保险、个人保险等。3.保险费率：指保险公司在承保风险时，根据被保险人的风险等级和保险金额等因素所确定的保险费用比率。4.保险期限：指保险合同的有效期限，即保险公司承担保险责任的起止时间。5.索赔：指被保险人在保险事故发生并造成损失后，向保险公司提出的赔偿请求。6.理赔：指保险公司在接受被保险人的索赔请求后，按照保险合同的约定进行的损失赔偿活动。四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：1.问题：保险理赔过程中，保险公司要求提供额外的证明材料。解决办法：根据保险公司的要求，及时提供相关证明材料，或与保险公司协商解决。2.问题：保险期限即将到期，需要延长保险期限。解决办法：在保险期限到期前15天，向保险公司提出延长申请，并根据保险公司要求
