水资源。感官评估,所用的灌溉系统是高效的。3级Thereshallbeaplanofwatermanagementinordertooptimizetheamountandreducethewaste.Adocumentedplanshallbeavailablewhichoutlinesthestepsandactionsofthewatermanagementplan.应有水管理管控相关计划以优化水的用量并减少浪费。应有书面的相关计划,并列出水管理管控的方法及步骤。3级3.5.3Qualityofirrigationwater灌溉水的质量Irrigationwatershallbetestedatleastonetimeeveryyear.每年应至少分析一次灌溉用水。3级RelativedocumentsorrecorderprovethatthelabisabletoanalysisN,PK,EcandpH应有相关文件或记录证实实验室有能力分析氮、磷、钾、电导率和pH值。3级Accordingtotheriskanalysis,thereshouldbeadocumentaryrecorderofmicrobialcontamination.根据风险分析,对相关微生物污染应有书面记录。3级Accordingtotheriskanalysis,thereshouldbeadocumentaryrecorderofrelativechemistrypollution.根据风险分析,对相关化学品污染应有书面记录。3级Accordingtotheriskanalysis,thereshouldbedocumentaryrecorderofrelativeheavymaterialcontamination.根据风险分析,对相关重金属污染应有文件记录。3级Correctiveactionshallbetakenandrecordedwhenthereisanirregularresult.应对出现的异常结果采取措施。对采取的措施及结果应有记录。3级3.6.1Corpprotectionelement作物保护的基本要素TheIPMtechnologistofthefarmshallreceivetheformaldocumentarytrainingand/ortheexternalIPMservicescanprovetheirqualification.农场的技术负责人接受正式书面培训和(或)外部病虫害综合管理管控的咨询服务,能够证实技术负责人的资格。2级3.6.2Theequipmentused使用的设备Thereshallberelativerecordtoprovethefarmtakepartintheplanofcalibrationanddetectionindependently.应有相关记录以证明农场参加了独立的校准或检定相关计划。3级3.6.3Corpprotectionproductresidueanalysis植保产品的残留分析ThefarmshallhavetheMRLinformationofthedestinationmarketdomesticoraboard.TheMRLstandardshallbeconfirmedthroughthecustomornationallegislation.Iftheproductsaresoldonmanymarkets,theMRLshallaccordtothestricteststandard.农场应掌握国内或国际最高残留限量(MRL)标准。最高残留限量(MRL)应通过与顾客确认沟通或通过产品预期销售的特定国家的法规要求来确定。如产品销往多个市场时,残留检查系统应满足最严格的最高残留限量(MRL)要求。1级IftheMRLstandardonthemarketisstricterthantheoneintheprovenance,thefarmorotherconsumersshallprovethatmanufacturerhastakentheMRLintoconsideration.(Thatistosaytheusingmethodofplantprotectionproductshasbeenalteredand/ortheresiduetested)当产品销售市场的最高残留限量(MRL)严于生产地的要求时,农场或其顾客能够证实,在生产周期内已经考虑最高残留限量(MRL)的要求(即,修订植保产品使用方法和(或)采取农残检测结果)。1级3.7.1Harvestinghygiene采收卫生Thereshallbedocumentedanduptodated(reviewedannually)riskassessment(national,industry-wide,orindividual)thatcoversthehygieneaspectsoftheharvestingoperationasdetailedinthefollowingcontrolpoint.应有书面且最新的(每年评审)风险评估,其中包括采收操作的卫生要求(国家、行业和个人),详见下一个控制点。1级Asadirectresultoftheharvestandpre-farmgatetransporthygieneriskanalysis,adocumentedhygieneprocedureshallhavebeenimplemented.根据采收和离开农场前运输的卫生风险分析结论,执行书面的卫生规程。1级Reusableharvestingcontainers,tolls(i.e.scissors,knifes,pruningshears,etc)andharvestingequipment(machinery)shallbecleanedandmaintained,andacleaninganddisinfectionscheduleshallbeinplace(atleastonceayear)topreventproducecontamination,inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.根据采收卫生风险评估的结果,应制订清洁和消毒合适的方案(每年至少一次),重复使用的采收容器、工具(如剪子、刀、修枝剪等)和采收用的设备(机械)应得到清洁和维护。1级Allproducepackedandhandleddirectlyinthefield,orchardorgreenhouseshallberemovedfromfieldovernight,inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.Allfieldpackedproduceshallbecovedtopreventcontaminationoncepackedandduringtransport(fromthefieldsoroutlyingfarmstowhereitisstored),inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.Ifharvestedandonfarmpackedproduceareshoredonfarm,storageareasshallcleaned,andifapplicable,temperatureandhumiditycontrolmaintainedanddocumented,inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.根据采收卫生风险评估结果,所有直接从农田、果园或温室里包装和处理的农产品应当天运出。所有在农田包装的农产品应遮盖,以避免包装后和在运输过程中(从农田或偏远的农场到存放处)受到污染。如果采收后在农场包装的农产品就地存放,存放区应保持清洁。需要时,根据采收卫生风险评估结论对温度和湿度应加以控制并保持记录。1级Farmvehiclesusedfortransportofharvestedproducethatarealsousedforanypurposeotherthantransportofharvestedproduce,shallbecleanedandmaintained,andacleaningscheduletopreventproducecontaminationisinplace(i.e.soil,dirt,organicfertilizer,spills,etc.),inaccordancewiththeharvesthygieneriskassessmentresults.当运输收获农产品的车辆,还用于其它目的时,应根据采收卫生风险评估结论,有相关计划地做清洁保养,避免农产品受到污染(如土壤、灰尘、有机肥、泄漏等)。1级Fixedormobilehandwashingequipmentshallbeaccessibletoharvestworkerswithinatleast500metersandtheyareinagoodstateofhygiene.在采收作业的员工工作场所至多500米附近内,应有固定的或移动的洗手设施,且卫生状况良好。1级Fixedormobiletoiletfacilitiesshallbeaccessibletoharvestworkerswithinatleast500metersandtheyareinagoodstateofhygiene在采收作业的员工工作场所至多500米附近内,应有固定的或移动的厕所,且卫生状况良好。2级3.7.2Packaging/HarvestingContainersonFarm农场的包装和采收容器Producecontainersshallbeonlyusedtocontainproduce(i.e.noagriculturalchemicals,lubricants,oil,cleaningchemicals,plantorotherdebris,lunchbags,tools,etc.).感官评估,存放农产品的容器是专用的(即不存放农用化学品、润滑油、汽油、清洁剂、植物或其它废弃物、餐盒、工具等)。3级3.7.3Producepackedatpointofharvest农产品在采收点的包装Anyiceusedatpointofharvestshallbemadewithpotablewaterandhandledundersanitaryconditionstopreventproducecontamination.所有在采收点使用的冰必须由饮用水制成,且在卫生条件下处理,以免农产品受到污染。3级3.8ProduceHandling农产品的处理3.8.1Hygiene卫生Toiletsinagoodstateofhygienewithhandwashingfacilities,containingnon-perfumedsoapandwatershallbeaccessibleandcloseby,butmustnotopendirectlyontotheproducehandlingareaunlessthedoorisself-closing.工作地点附近应有带洗手设施、能方便使用的卫生间,且卫生条件良好,提供无香味的肥皂和水,卫生间若无自动关闭的门则门不应开向农产品处理区域。2级Thereshallbeevidence(i.e.:signedattendanceregistration,externalcertificates)thattheworkershavereceivedverbalandd
