RoadbedConstructionTechnologySubgradedrainageengineeringconstructionTheoreticalknowledgeConstructionpreparationConstructionloftingTrenchexcavationRefurbishmentDrainagemasonryQualityinspectionDeliveryacceptanceTask1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementationConstructionpreparationDrainagefacilitiesshallbeconstructedsimultaneouslywiththesubgrade,andthetemporarydrainageandpermanentdrainagesystemshallbecoordinatedinthesubgradeconstructionproject.Attentionshouldbepaidtotheconnectionbetweenthedrainagesystemandthenaturalwatersystem.Therefore,inthepreparationstageofsubgradeconstruction,itmustbecarriedoutsimultaneouslywiththesubgradeconstructionplan.Organizethecorrespondingmaterialsandsupportingconstructionmachinerytoenterthesite,andcarryouttheentryinspection.Providetechnicaldisclosuretothemasonryconstructionpersonnelinvolvedinthedrainageproject,andexplainindetailthemainpointsanddifficultiesinthemasonryconstructionprocess.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation2.ConstructionloftingAccordingtothesizeofthedesigndrawings,thecentralcontrollineofthedrainageditchisusuallydeterminedbyatotalstationnow.Thecentralpileisoneevery50minthestraightsection.Forapileof20minthecurvesection,theerrordoesnotexceed1/1000.Secondly,controltheelevationaccordingtotherequirementsofthefourth-classlevel,andtheclosingaccuracyisrequiredtobecontrolledat20mm.Leaveatemporaryelevationcontrolpointevery200m.Finally,accordingtothecenterlineandtheelevationcontrolpoint,fourcontrollinesaresetoutforthefootlineandthemouthlineofthedrainageditch.Potholesfoundduringconstructionshouldbefilledandcompactedwithoriginalsoil.Duringconstructionintherainyseason,measuresmustbetakentopreventtheinflowofrainwaterfromoutsidetheditch.Whensettingouttheditch,thedesignpositionandlongitudinalslopeofthedrainageditchshouldbecheckedaccordingtothegroundline.andimprove.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation3.TrenchexcavationBeforethetrenchisexcavated,theoriginalsurfaceshallbeleveledandcompacted,andthecompactiondegreeofthe30cmsurfacelayershallnotbelessthan90%.Generally,manualexcavationwithmechanicalexcavationisused.First,thestoneisbrokenwithanairpickandmanuallyexcavatedbytheairpick.Longitudinal,excavationshouldbemadefromdownstreamtoupstream.Duringconstruction,themethodofsegmentedexcavationisgenerallyadopted,andeachsegmentcanbeexcavatedinlayers,graduallyformingfromtoptobottom.Whenthedrainageditchisexcavated,itshouldberammedalongwiththeexcavation,soastoavoidthelossofwaterinthesoil,anditisnoteasytoramandramsolidly.Rainwaterintheditchshouldbedrainedintime.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation4.RenovationandinspectiongrooveDuringexcavation,trynottodisturbtheundisturbedsoil,andexcavate5cmlessattheditchbottomandditchwall.Ensurethatmanualcompactionormanualchiselingisusedintheconstructionofthedrainageditchinthelaterstage.Whencorrecting,drawthecalibrationaccordingtothedesignsize,checksegmentbysegment,andcorrectitrepeatedly.Aftertheexcavationandcleaningarecompleted,pleasesupervisetheinspection.(Afterthefoundationpitisexcavated,preparethewaterpumptoensurethatthefoundationpitisnotsoakedinwater).Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation5.DrainageditchmasonryAccordingtotheshapeofthedrainageditch,aslopeframeisprocessed,andthemasonrysurfaceisbuiltwithwire.1.Whenlayingthefoundationofthedrainageditch,firstlayalayerofmortar,andthenusethenon-weathered,cleansurfacerubbletodirectlylaythescreed,andtheheightofeachlayerofmasonryis10~15cm(2layersoflyingrubble)layeredandinterlayered.Themasonryjointsshouldberoughlyleveled,andtheworkinglayersshouldbestaggeredfromeachotherandnotpenetrated.2.Whenlayingmasonryinlayers,alayerofsittingmortarshouldbelaidfirst,andthenthestonesshouldbeplacedonthemortar,andpushedtightlybyhand.Tightly;thenlaytheupperlayerofslurries,andcontinuetobuildinthesameway;whenbuilding,thelengthsshouldbealternatedandthestonesshouldbetightlybittenwiththeinnerlayerofstones.Thestonesshouldbestaggeredandsqueezedtightly.remove.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation5.DrainageditchmasonryWhenrubbleisbuilt,pullstonesshouldbeinstalledandevenlydistributed,generallyatleastonestoneshouldbeinstalledevery0.7squaremeters.3.Exposedseamsshouldbehookedupbeforethemortarsets.Notethatwaterisnotallowedtosoakthejust-laidmortarduringtheentiremasonryprocesstoensurethatthereisnowaterinthefoundationpit.4.Notethatwaterisnotallowedtosoakthejust-laidmortarduringtheentiremasonryprocesstoensurethatthereisnowaterinthefoundationpit.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation6.QualityinspectionStonerequirementsTheultimatecompressivestrengthofthestonecubeisnotlessthan30Mpa.Thestoneshouldbetough,dense,durable,freeofrustonthesurface,freefromweatheringspalling,cracksandstructuraldefects.Thestoneshallnotcontainsludge,oilorotherharmfulsubstanceswhichpreventtheproperbondingofthemortarorimpairtheexposedappearance.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation6.Qualityinspection2.MortarrequirementsMasonryandjointingmortararemadeofNo.7.5mortar.ThecementusedinthemortarisP.032.5Rcement,andthesandismediumsandorcoarsesand,whichrequirescleanparticlesandgoodgradation.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation6.Qualityinspection3.FlakequalityrequirementsThethicknessoftheschistshouldnotbelessthan150mm,andtheovalandthinslicesshouldnotbeused.Theveneerstoneshouldbeslightlylargerinsizeandhavearelativelyflatsurface,andshouldbeslightlyroughened.Largerstonesshouldbeusedatthecorners,roughlychiseledandsquared.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation6.Qualityinspection4.Allnewincomingrawmaterialsmustbesubmittedforinspectionandcanbeusedonlyafterpassingthesamplinginspection;resolutelycleanuptheunqualifiedmaterialsoutoftheconstructionsite.Mixthemortarinstrictaccordancewiththemortarmixratio.5.Itisnecessarytodoagoodjobinthemaintenanceofnewmasonry:themasonrythathasnotyetbeencoagulatedshallnotbeartheload;ifthemasonryisfoundtobelooseafterthemortariscoagulated,itshouldbedismantled,washedandre-laid;Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation6.Qualityinspection6.Duringtheconstructionofmasonryinwinter,thestrengthofmortarshallbesubjecttothetestresultsofspecimenscuredunderstandardconditionsfor28days.Thenumberoftestpiecespreparedshallnotbelessthanthenumberoftestpiecesconstructedundernormaltemperature.Eachunitofmasonryshouldbepreparedatthesametimewiththesameconditionsasthemasonryspecimens,inordertochecktheactualincreaseinthestrengthofthemortar.Theevaluationmethodofmortarstrengthisthesameasthatofmortarconstructedatroomtemperature.Inordertoensurethestrengthofthemortar,themortarmustbepreparedaccordingtothemixingratio.Inthemasonrywork,atleast1groupoftestblocksshouldbeprepared,andeachgroupof6blocks.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation6.Qualityinspection7.Themortarthathasbeenmixedwithwatershouldbeusedupbeforeitstartstocoagulate.Generally,itshouldbeusedupwithin3to4hours.Whenthetemperatureexceeds30°C,itshouldbeusedupwithin2to3hours.Segregationandbleedingmortarduringtransportationorstorageshouldbere-dressedbeforemasonry.Congealedmortarmustnotbereused.8.Theflakesshouldbeseparatedbymortarandshouldnotbeindirectcontact.Task1ConstructionofSurfaceDrainageFacilitiesatSubwayBaseTaskimplementation6.Qualityinspection9.Thereshouldbeaplanfortheuseofflakes.Cornerstonesandfacestonesshouldbeselectedfirstforbackup.Largerstonesshouldbeselectedforthelowerlayerofmasonry,andsmallerstonesshouldbegraduallyusedupwards.Thestonesshouldbematchedinsize,staggeredandtightlyconnected,andsmallstonesofvarioussizesshouldbeprovidedforgroutingandcaulking.Task1ConstructionofSur
