本协议于一九___年__月__日由伊朗abc工厂(以下简称甲方)与xx(以下简称乙方)签订。

鉴于甲方愿聘乙方，乙方同意应聘为甲方在伊朗的工程师。

双方协议如下：

1.聘约为____年，自一九九七年十一月四日至一九九七年十一月四日，自乙方抵达之日正式开头生效。乙方在完成二年工作后即返回本国。

2.乙方月薪为美金1，200(壹仟贰佰元)，由甲方在伊朗支付并可由乙方随便汇往中国。在服务期间，乙方的住宅由甲方供应。

3.乙方自北京至伊朗以及服务期满自伊朗回北京的飞机票，由甲方供应。

4.乙方应遵守伊朗的法律和规章。

5.本协议中英文本各二份，由双方各执每种文本各一份。

whereasthefirstpartyiswillingtoemploythesecondpartyandthesecondpartyagreestodoasfirstpartysengineerinbahrain，itisherebymutuallyagreedasfollows:

1.theemploymentisforaperiodoftwoyearsfromnov.04，1997tonov，04，1999，exactlyfunctioningfromthedatethesecondpartyarrivesattheabcplantandhewillreturntohiscountrywhenhehascompletedhistwoyearsservice.

2.thesecondpartysmonthlysalaryisusd1，200(sayonethousandandtwohundredu.s.dollars)whichshallbepaidmonthlyinbahrainandcanberemittedtochinaatthediscretionofthesecondparty.thesecondpartyshousingshallbeprovidedbythefirstpartyduringtheserviceperiod.

3.thesecondpartyshallbeprovidedbythefirstpartywiththeair-ticketsfrombeijingtobahrain，andfrombahraintobeijinguponterminatingtheservice.

4.thesecondpartyshallobeythelawsandregulationsofbahrain.
