深圳市福英达工业技术有限公司/一站式锡膏解决方案供应商PindevicedesolderingcausesandsolutionsDesolderingreferstothereflowsolderingprocesswhereoneormorepinsofacomponentcannotmakenormalcontactwiththepad,resultinginanincompleteormissingsolderjoint.Desolderingnotonlyaffectstheperformanceandreliabilityofthecircuit,butalsoincreasesthecostanddifficultyofmaintenance.Thecausesofdesolderingcanbedividedintothefollowingcategories:Componentpindeformation:componentsintheproduction,transportationorstorageprocess,maybesubjecttomechanicalshockorvibration,resultinginpindeformationorfracture,therebyaffectingthealignmentandcontactwiththepad.Inaddition,thecomponent'spinmaterial,shapeandsizewillalsoaffectitsthermalexpansioncoefficientandstressdistributionwiththepad,whichinturnaffectstheformationandstabilityofthesolderjoint.PCBpadcoplanarityispoor:PCBisthecarrierofcomponents,theflatnessandfinishofitssurfacedirectlyaffectsthecomponentsandpadfitandwettability.IfthesurfaceofthePCBhasscratches,bumps,oilandotherdefects,orPCBthickness,materialandnumberoflayersdonotmatch,willleadtopoorcoplanarityofthePCB,resultingingapsormisalignmentsbetweencomponentsandpads,resultingindesoldering.PCBwarpage:PCBmaybebowedortwisteddeformedduringfabrication,storageorreflowsolderingduetotemperaturechange,humiditychange,mechanicalstressorchemicalreaction.ThisdeformationcanleadtorelativedisplacementandstressconcentrationbetweenthePCBandcomponents,thusdestroyingthesolderjointsthathavebeenformedorpreventingtheformationofnewsolderjoints.Fortheabovecauses,thefollowingcountermeasurescanbetakentopreventorsolvetheproblemofdesoldering:Componentsinthetransmissionprocesstobecarefulnottocollide;Avoidplacingcomponentsinapile;PayattentiontothecoplanarityrequirementsofPCBpads;ThebowingandtwistingofthePCBshouldbelessthan0.75%;Clean
