Separatedoorfortheguestroomfunction:Yawanhigh-speedrailcarhasnowindshielddoor,andthepassengerroomseparationdoorandwindshielddoorareintegrated.Theguestroompartitiondoorismanuallyclosedwhenafirebreaksouttopreventthefirefromspreadingtoothercarriages.Whenthedoorisclosedoropened,itcanbekeptinitspositionedstate,andapressingdeviceisset.

FlightattendantroomdoorThedoorofthecrewroomisamanualslidingdoor,asingledoorleaf,usingmulti-layeraluminumprofiles,thedoorisequippedwithautomaticlocking,thedoorisautomaticallylockedwhenitismanuallyclosed,andthedoorisclosedwithoutmechanicalspringdevice.Fromtheoutsideitisnecessarytoopenthedoorwithakeyandhandle.Butonlyahandleisrequiredtoopenthedoorfromtheinside,andthedoorleafusesanaluminumsillasaguiderail.

Thespecificoperationisasfollows:aftermanualclosuretocompletelocking,theisolationlockonthedoorleafisoperatedwithafour-cornerkeyfromtheinsideofthecartoreliablylockandisolatethedoor.Isolationinplaceornotcannotbeisolatedlockscrewedasthecriterionforjudgment,theisolationlocktonguereliableinsertionofthelockplateshallprevail,andwhentheisolationisinplace,theindicationoftheisolationlock(reddot)canappearinthecorrespondingobservationwindow.Theisolationcontactswitchistriggeredatthesametime,whichistransmittedtotheTCMS,andtheHMImonitorscreenshowsthisdoorisolation.4.EmergencydooropeningfunctionInneremergencyunlockcontrolprinciple

Operationemergencyoperationrequestswitch(emergencyoperationbuttonswitch):thedoorcontrollerenterstheemergencyunlockmode(thedoorcontrollerdetectstheinputhighlevel),thebuzzersounds,thefrequencyis5Hz,theHMIscreenreports"doorX-Xemergencyunlocking",thedoorcontrolportoutput0,theelectromagnetintheemergencyunlockelectromagnetcoillosespower,thelatchpopsoutbyspringreboundforce,thegatecontrolleroutputhighlevelremainsunchanged,andtheauxiliarylockisnotunlocked.Theemergencyhandletriggerswitchinthepullcarlastsfor100ms,anditsnormalclosingpointisdisconnectedtocutofftheauxiliarylocksolenoidvalvepowersupplyatthesametime,thedoorcontrollerdetectstheemergencyswitchtrigger,thecontroloutputlowlevelcutsofftheauxiliarylocksolenoidvalvepowersupply,theauxiliarylockexhaustunlocks,andtheswingbardrivesthemainlockmechanicalstructuretounlock.
