Despitetheriseinhomeentertainment,therearestillmanypeoplewhoenjoyspendingsomeoftheirleisuretimeattendingsportseventsorparticipatingincompetitivesportsorotherphysicalactivitiessuchasdancingandtaiji(shadowboxing).Exercisenotonlycontributestogoodhealthbutalsotakesthemindawayfromworriesandtroubles.
