广东省电力设计研究44-H0021S-K1202-ThisdocumentisthepropertyofGEDI.Itmustnotbeused,reproduced,transmittedordisclosedwithoutthepriorwrittenpermissionofGEDI.本文件之产权属于广东省电力设计研究院。未获我批审校编批审校编会Mainreference-InstrumentationandControlFlowDiagramsPYX17CEX550DKS045DD(SeeChapter10)PYX17CEX551DKS045DD(SeeChapterMainreference-InstrumentationandControlFlowDiagramsPYX17CEX550DKS045DD(SeeChapter10)PYX17CEX551DKS045DD(SeeChapter10)PYX17CEX552DKS045DD(SeeChapter10)ScheduleofAnalogueSensingElementsPYX17CEXN09DKS045DD(SeeChapter9.3)ScheduleofOn/OffSensingElementsScheduleofElectricActuatorsLogicAnalogue2ABCDEFGPYX17CEX006DKS0CONTROLCEX001PO,CEX002PO,CEX003PONormallythesystemrequirestwopumpstoberunning,withthethirdpumponstandby.StationoperatingproceduresshouldensurethatallpumpsarerunforCONTROLCEX001PO,CEX002PO,CEX003PONormallythesystemrequirestwopumpstoberunning,withthethirdpumponstandby.Stationoperatingproceduresshouldensurethatallpumpsarerunforequaldurationoveraperiodoftime.Thecontrolsystemissuchthatifarunning"duty'pumptripsforanyreason,thenanotherpumpwillautomaticallystartupinitsplace.Apumpisregardedasbeing'induty'ifithasbeenstartedbytheoperatorfromtheEachpumphasthefollowingcontrols:Attheswitchgearbutton:START/TRIPIntheKICcontroller:Itisnotexpectedthatthepumpswouldberunfromlocalcontrols,exceptduringcommissioning/testperiods.Thereforetheswitchgearisnormallysettoi.e.operationfromKIC.Onoccasionstheremaybeoperationalrequirementstorunonly1pumpor3pumpstogether.Singlepumprunningwouldbeusedforcondensateclean-up/dumpingpriortostart-up(refertoChapter5,section5.3.2).ThreepumpsrunningmaytransientlybeusedwhenLP1/LP2duplexheatersarebypassedorduringturbinebypasssteamdumping.ThefollowingconditionswouldmakearunningpumpNon-availabilityofpump(interruption/isolationofsupplies,thermalCondenserleveltripECPlevel(levelmustgobelowlevel1inatleast2out3signalsofthe2condensers,sothatriskofspurioustrippingisPumpmotorbearingvibrationHIHI(note,vibrationtripsignalisinhibitedthefirst20secondsfrompumpstart-PumpmotorbearingtemperatureHI.PumpmotorwindingtemperatureHI.3ABCDEFGPYX17CEX006DKS0PumpcavitatingfrompumpdifferentialpressureLO.LO.(Note:thistripinhibitedfor20secondsafterstart-up;duringrunning,itisPumpcavitatingfrompumpdifferentialpressureLO.LO.(Note:thistripinhibitedfor20secondsafterstart-up;duringrunning,itisdelayedby20secondsafteranimmediatealarm).ThefollowingconditionsmustbesatisfiedbeforeapumpcanbePumpavailability(suppliesavailable).Pumpsuctionanddischargevalvesopen.CondenserlevelnotLO.Either:deaeratorFWisolationvalveor:feedwaterlinetodeaeratorfullyprimed(sensedbyalevelswitchontheAflowpathmustbeavailablethroughoraroundthecondensatefiltereitherfilterinletoroutletvalvesopen,orfilterbypassExtractionPumpInlet/OutletIsolationValvesCEX101VL,108VL,201VL,208VL,301VL,308VLNormallytheseareleftfullyopencontinuously,evenwiththeunitshutdown,andonlyclosedifthepumpsrequireisolationformaintenance.Thereforealthoughthevalvesaremotorisedforeaseofoperation,theyareoperatedlocallybyOPEN-STOP-CLOSEselectorswitchesontheactuatorsorinKICbyBothisolationvalvesonapumpmustbefullyopenbeforethatpumpcanbestartedandcanbeclosedwhenpumpstoped(interlockprovided).Condenserlevelisnormallycontrolledbyapneumaticmake-upcontrolvalveCEX022VDwhichreceivesasignalfrom2outof3signalsoftheeachcondenserlevelmeasuement.Analarm"CONDENSERLEVELLO"isinitiatedifthewaterlevelfallsmorethan80mmbelowthecurrentsetpoint.Ifthetransmittershouldmalfunction,theoperatormayusetheAUTO/MANUALstationcontrolintheMANUALmodetopositionthevalveasrequired.Ifthecontrolvalveitselffailsshut,thereisamotorisedbypassmake-upvalveCEX008VDavailabletotheoperatorwithpositionindication.Alsointhemake-uplineisanoverridingpneumaticvalveCEX023VD,whichnormallyopen.Ahighlevelinanycondenserautomaticallyclosesthe4ABCDEFGPYX17CEX006DKS0Condensaterecirculationisprovidedtoensureanadequateminimumflowthroughtheextractionpumps.Recirculationiseffectedbyanair-operatedcontrolvalveCEX024VL.Thepositioningsignalforthisvalveisprovidedbyanelectronicproportional/integralcontrollerinKICwhichreceivesavariablesetpointsignalfromaflow-measuringtransmitterintheforwardflowlineaftertheLPheaters.Theeffectoftherecirculationcontrolvalve,whenactinginconjunctionwiththedeaeratorlevelcontrolvalves(seesection)istoCondensaterecirculationisprovidedtoensureanadequateminimumflowthroughtheextractionpumps.Recirculationiseffectedbyanair-operatedcontrolvalveCEX024VL.Thepositioningsignalforthisvalveisprovidedbyanelectronicproportional/integralcontrollerinKICwhichreceivesavariablesetpointsignalfromaflow-measuringtransmitterintheforwardflowlineaftertheLPheaters.Theeffectoftherecirculationcontrolvalve,whenactinginconjunctionwiththedeaeratorlevelcontrolvalves(seesection)istoprovideaflowapproximately554kg/sthroughthetwopumpsforturbineloadsof0-60%Above60%andrisesproportionallyto963.205kg/sat100%M.C.R.Ifthecontrollermalfunction,theoperatormayusetheAUTO/MANUALstationcontrolinMANUALmodetopositionthevalveasIfallextractionpumpsstop(sensedbylowdischargepressure),valveCEX024VLclosesautomatically.Thevalveauto-openswhenthepumpsre-start.OperationinKICisavailable.AlsointherecirculationlineisanoverridingpneumaticvalveCEX010VL,whichisnormallyopen.Ifallextractionpumpsstop(sensedbylowdischargepressure),thevalveclosesautomaticallytomaintaintheprimeinthefeedwaterlinetodeaerator.Thevalveauto-openswhenthepumpsre-start.OperationinKICisCondensateforwardflowiscontrolledbydeaeratorlevelrequirements.iseffectedbyadeaeratorleveltransmitterandproportional/integralcontrollerinKICwhichprovidesasignaltotwoparallelair-operatedlevelcontrolvalvesCEX025VLandCEX026VL.Ifthecontrollershouldmalfunction,theoperatormayusetheAUTO/MANUALstationcontroltopositionthevalvesasrequired.ThevalveshouldalsobemanuallythrottleddownwiththeAUTO/MANUALstationifapumpcavitatingalarmoccurs(seesection.).Thereisalsoanoperatoroptiontoselectsinglevalvecontrol(eitherCEX025VL026VL);thiswouldonlybeusedifafaultoccurredononeofthevalves.Itispossibletouseeithersingleordoublevalveoperationovertheentireturbineload.Alsointheforwardflowlineisanair-operatedoverridingisolationCEX006VL.ThisvalveisnormallyoperatedfromtheCCRbutmayalso5ABCDEFGtheforwardflowisoutsidetherequiredrangeofthePYX17CEX006DKS0operatedlocallywiththeOPEN-CLOSEOn-Loadtestpushbuttonsmountedonthevalvepneumaticactuatorpanel.Oneitherremoteorlocaloperation,thevalvewillcloseautomaticallyondeaeratorHIoperatedlocallywiththeOPEN-CLOSEOn-Loadtestpushbuttonsmountedonthevalvepneumaticactuatorpanel.Oneitherremoteorlocaloperation,thevalvewillcloseautomaticallyondeaeratorHIHIlevel,oriftheextractionpumpsarenotrunning(signalledbylowpumpdischargepressureafteratimedelay).OpeningthevalveisautomaticprovidingthefollowingconditionsareDeaeratorlevelnotHIExtractionpumppressurenotLODeaeratorFWinletpipeisprimed(sensedbyalevelThevalveactuatorcircuitisahigh-reliabilityarrangementhaving2pairsofopeningandclosingairsolenoids.Onlackofairthevalvecloses,althoughthisisunlikelytohappensinceapre-warmingalarmoflowairpressureisprovided,andanon-returnvalveintheairsupplylinepreventsback-leakage.Forfurtherdetailsonlossofairorelectricalsuppliesrefertosections6.7.1andCondensateFilteronPumpDischargeLineThefilterisabletoremaininserviceduringtheautomaticself-flushingoperation.Operationisfromalocalpanel,withtheauto-cleaningcycleinitiatedby:anadjustablehighdifferentialpressuresignalwhichhasprecedenceovera);PLCstartmanualwhichhasprecedenceovera)andb).ForfurtherdetailsrefertosectionThefilteralsohasmotorisedinletandoutletisolationvalves,andamotorisedby-passvalvewhichoperateasfollows:OnreceiptofasignalfortheHIHIdifferentialpressuresignalthefilteroperationwillstop.Theby-passvalvewillfullyopenallowingtheinletandoutletisolationvalvestobeclosedautomaticallyandthecondensateextractionpumpstocarryonrunning.AnalarmwillberaisedintheCCRtoalerttheoperatorstotheproblem.ThefiltermayalsobeisolatedlocallybyOPEN/CLOSEselectorswitchesmountedonthevalveactuators,whenitisrequiredtoisolateformaintenanceThevalveactuatorsareinterlockedasThebypassvalvemustbefullyopenbeforetheinletoroutletvalvescanbe6ABCDEFGPYX17CEX006DKS0Theinletandoutletvalvesmustbefullyopenbeforethebypassvalvecanbeclosed.Theoutletvalvemustbefullyopenbeforetheinletvalvecanbeopened.Theactuatorsalsoprovidea"permitstart"interlocktotheextractionpumps,inthateithertheinletandTheinletandoutletvalvesmustbefullyopenbeforethebypassvalvecanbeclosed.Theoutletvalvemustbefullyopenbeforetheinletvalvecanbeopened.Theactuatorsalsoprovidea"permitstart"interlocktotheextractionpumps,inthateithertheinletandoutlettogether,orthebypassvalve,mustbefullyopentoprovideaflowpath.Thecondensatedumpisolation/regulatingvalveCEX001VLisnormallyoperatedfromtheCCR,andisprovidedwithremoteanaloguepositionindication.Localoperationisalsocateredfor,withLOCAL-OFF-REMOTEandOPEN-STOP-CLOSEselectorswitchesmountedonthevalveactuator.Thevalveclosesautomaticallyifallextractionpumpsareoff.Thedumpvalveisnormallyopenedonlyduringcondensateclean-upoperations.Exceptionallyitmaybeopenedtoreduceexcessiveandrisingwaterlevelinthecondenser.HPFeedSystemThisiscateredforbyamotorisedvalveCEX013VLwhichhasKICcontrolsonCCRandlocalcontrolsonthevalveactuator(OPEN-STOP-CLOSEselectorswitch),theyareusedforinitialstart-up,orifthesystemhasbeendrainedformaintenance.SteamGeneratorBlowdownCoolingCondensateAfterthesteamgeneratorblowdowncondensatehasbeencooledandcycledthroughthedemineralisingplant(describedinAPGsystem-N.I.scope),itreturnstothesystemviathecondenser.Intheeventofhighhighcondenserlevel,thisAPGreturncondensateisdivertedinsteadtowastesystemSEK.ThisisachievedbytheautomaticclosingofpneumaticisolatingvalveCEX320VL,andtheautomaticopeningofpneumaticdumpvalveCEX321VL.Onreinstatementofnormalcondenserlevel,thevalvesreverttotheirnormalstatus,i.e.CEX320VLopen,CEX321VLshut.Thevalvesarecross-interlockedsothatoneofthevalvesisfullyopenbeforetheotherbeginstoshut.ThevalvescanbeoperatedinKICby6.1.10SteamTransformerAlternativeDraintoCondenserCondensatefromtheSTRdraincoolerSTR001RPnormallyreturnstothedeaeratorviapneumaticcontrolvalveADG023VL,whichreceivesamodulatingsignalderivedfromaleveltransmitterondrainreceiverSTR001BA.OnHIHIlevel7ABCDEFGPYX17CEX006DKS0inthedeaerator,orifSTR001RPisbypassed,thelevelcontrolsignalisautomaticallyswitchedtoCEX078VL,routingcontrolleddrainagetothecondenser.IfADG023VLhasclosedduetoairfailureorothervalvefault(valvedclosedindicatedinKIC,withhighlevelinSTR001BA),theoperatormaymanuallyswitchthecontrolsignaltoCEX078VL.Itmayalsomanuallyadjustinthedeaerator,orifSTR001RPisbypassed,thelevelcontrolsignalisautomaticallyswitchedtoCEX078VL,routingcontrolleddrainagetothecondenser.IfADG023VLhasclosedduetoairfailureorothervalvefault(valvedclosedindicatedinKIC,withhighlevelinSTR001BA),theoperatormaymanuallyswitchthecontrolsignaltoCEX078VL.Itmayalsomanuallyadjustthelevelcontrolsignalwithanauto-manualcontrolstation(refertoSTRsystemmanual).Intheeventofhighhighlevelinthecondenser,CEX078VLwillcloseifitisopen(solenoidairpilotaction);howeveritisunlikelythattherewillbehighhighlevelsinthecondenserandhighindeaeratoratthesametime.(Referalsotosection).ClosethevalveinKICbymanualis
