核查各项资源的有效利用情况Monitorconstructionprogressagainstplan,correctionofissuesoccurred,especiallymilestones.

依照工作计划和各项整改工作监控施工进度主要是里程碑和关键节点的计划的执行Concretemeasurestoensureschedule具体化工期保证措施Organizational,technical,financialandinformationmanagementmeasuresshallbetakenandPDCA(plan,do,check,action)cycleadoptedtocontroltheschedulewiththeemphasisonmilestones:

重点对施工项目进度里程碑进行控制，采取组织措施、技术措施、经济措施和信息管理措施等。按照P（计划）D（执行）C（检查）A（纠偏）循环模式进行进度控制：Determinemilestonesandcriticalpathsasperbarchart.

根据施工进度计划横道图，确定工程施工进度里程碑和关键路径。Developmonthly,weeklyanddailyworkandprocurementplaninthelightofactualconditions,suchasmanpower,constructionequipment,leadtimeofequipmentandmaterials,submittalapprovaltime,earliermobilizationandtheeffectofworkmethodonschedule.

按照里程碑节点倒推，结合实际情况编制月、周、日作业计划和设备材料的采购进场计划。计划中考虑施工现场作业条件；劳动力、机械等资源条件；相关设备材料采购订货周期，材料报批报审时间，提前进场时间；采取的施工技术方案对进度的影响等因素。Afterworkplanisdeveloped,issuetaskorders.

在施工过程中，可能由于业主的特殊需求更改原来的施工计划，或者计划工程师监控到某项工作偏离了施工计划，特别是对原计划里程碑或关键节点有较大偏离，我们将立即启动以下应急措施：Analyzeandascertainreasonsandtakeappropriatecontrolmeasures.

进行原因分析，找到影响工期的主要因素，采取有效的控制措施。Increasemanpower.Weallocate1.5timesthenumberofmanpowerrequiredforaproject,somoremanpower,ifneededbytheproject,canimmediatelybemobilizedtositeatshortnotice.

增加施工人员，我公司将按照工程需要的1.5倍准备施工人员，如项目需要，马上会有更多的施工人员参与到本项目中来。AddconstructionequipmentandplanMIts.Wehaveequipmentandplantwarehouseatourheadquartersandallourreqionaloffices,and,ifrequired,alotofequipmentandplantscanbedeliveredtothejobsitewithinthreedaysafternotice.
