中国工业产业循环经济效率区域差异动态演化研究与影响因素分析-来自造纸及纸制品业的实证研究

DEA模型和2007-2017年间各地造纸及纸制品业的循环关键词：工业产业循环经济；循环经济效率；区域差异；影响因素；造纸及纸制品业ThispaperaimstostudythedynamicevolutionandfactorsinfluencingtheregionaldifferencesincirculareconomyefficiencyinChina'sindustrialindustry,andtakesthepaperandpaperproductsindustryasanexampleforempiricalanalysis.ByconstructingDEAmodelandspatialpaneldatamodel,thecirculareconomyefficiencyofpaperandpaperproductsindustryineachregionfrom2007to2017wascalculated,andthefactorssuchasregionaldevelopmentlevel,input-outputstructureandnumberofenterprisesaffectingcirculareconomyefficiencywereanalyzed.EmpiricalresultsshowthattherearesignificantregionaldifferencesincirculareconomyefficiencyofChina'spaperandpaperproductsindustry.Theefficiencylevelinthedevelopedeasternregionishigherthanthatinthelessdevelopedcentralandwesternregions,whiletheefficiencylevelinthecentralandwesternregionsisgraduallyimproving.Regionaldevelopmentlevel,input-outputstructure,andnumberofenterprisesarethemainfactorsaffectingthecirculareconomyefficiencyofthepaperandpaperproductsindustry.Itisrecommendedthatthegovernmentshouldfocusonthedevelopmentofcirculareconomyinthecentralandwesternregionsinpolicyformulation,strengthentheintegrationandinnovationoftheindustrialchain,improvetheindependentinnovationabilityofenterprisesintheregion,andpromotetheimprovementofcirculareconomyefficiencyofpaperandpaperproductsindustryinvariousregions.Keywords:Industrialcirculareconomy;Circulareconomyefficiency;Regionaldiff
