抱怨与调停Complaint:Astatementthatasituationisunsatisfactoryorunacceptableorthatsomeonehasdonesomethingwrong.Claim:anapplicationforcompensationunderthetermsofacontractoraninsurancepolicy.Whatisacomplaint?Whatisaclaim?Thereare2kindsofcomplaintsfrequentlymadebybuyers:1.Thegenuinecomplaint,whicharisesfromoneofthefollowingsituations:ThewronggoodsmayhavebeensentThequalitymaynotbesatisfactoryThegoodsmayhavebeendeliveredshortordamagedorlateThepriceschargedmaybeexcessive,ornotasagreed2.Thecomplaintusedasexcuses:

Thereisthecomplaintmadebythebuyerwhofindfaultwiththegoodsasanexcusetoescapefromtheircontracts,eitherbecausetheynolongerwantthegoodsorbecausetheyhavefoundthattheycangetthemcheaperelsewhere.RulesforDealingWithAComplaintIfso,thenyouhavetoadmititreadily;expressyourregretandpromisetoputmattersright.Ifthecomplaintisnotjustified,pointthisoutpolitelyandinanagreeablemanner.1、Thefirstthingthathastobedecidediswhetherthecomplaintisjustified.Itwouldbeawrongpolicytorefusethecomplaintoffhand.3、Allcomplaintsshouldbetreatedasseriousmattersandthoroughlyinvestigated.2、Ifyoucannotdealwithacomplaintpromptly,acknowledgeitatonce.Explainthatyouarelookingintoitandthatyouwillsendafullreplylater.Howtowritealetterofcomplaint
