afford通常与can/could/beableto等连用意思是“有足够的（金钱，时间）做……”多用于否定句和疑问句。Eg:1).Wecannotafford(tobuy)anewcar.

price意为“价格，价钱”，ataverylowprice意为“以很低的价格”。表示价格的高低要用high或low,不能用cheap或expensive。eg:1).Heboughtabikeataverylowprice.
