AllCallHistoryitemsdisplayinorderbytime(latesttooldest).

example,bypickingupthehandset).

Ifexternalspeakersareconnected,theSpeakerphonebuttonselectsthemasthedefaultaudio

path.

Togglesthemicrophoneonoroffduringacall.Whenthemicrophoneismuted,thebutton

islitred.

Selectstheheadsetasthedefaultaudiopathandinitiatesanewcall,picksupanincoming

call,orendsacall.Duringacall,thebuttonislitgreen.

Aheadseticoninthephonescreenheaderlineindicatesthattheheadsetisthedefault

audiopath.Thisaudiopathdoesnotchangeuntilanewdefaultaudiopathisselected(for

example,bypickingupthehandset).

Controlsthehandset,headset,andspeakerphonevolume(offhook)andcontrolstheringer

volume(onhook).

Silencestheringeronthephoneifanincomingcallisringing.

Youradministratorsetsaminimumringervolumelevelrangingfrom0to14.Thedefault

levelis0(silent).

Youcanonlyadjusttheringervolumetoalevelgreaterthantheconfiguredminimumring

volumevalue.
