Article1accordingtotheMinistryofhealth<medicalinstitutionsdisinfectiontechnologystandard>2012version.<hospitalairpurificationStandardVersionofmanagement>2012.<technicalstandardfordisinfection>2002version.<hospitaldisinfectionandsupplycenterhealthindustrystandards>2009version.<hospitalforinfectionmanagementapproach>2006and<Shanghainursingqualitycontrolmanual>2006versionofthestandardandspecificationrequirement.Thissystemisdeveloped.

Secondrequirementsfornurses:

(a)thenursedressneatly,thedifferentworkingareaaccordingtotherequesttocarryonthedress,carriesontheasepticoperationtohavetowearthemask.

(II)implementationofthenursingoperationshouldbeinaccordancewiththerequirementsofhandhygieneofhanddisinfectiontreatment(fingernailcutshort,thelengthofnotmorethanthefingertips)andbyoccupationalexposurepreventionprincipleofgoodpersonalandprofessionalprotection.

Thirdrequirementsforthediagnosisandtreatmentenvironment:

(a)accordingtotheriskofinfectioninclinicaldepartmentsoftheassessmentisdividedintothreetypes:environmentforusingthetechnologyofaircleaningclinics,includingcleanoperationroomandothercleanplaces;classenvironmentfornoncleanoperationroom,deliveryroom,lab,hematologywardandburnwardetc.protectiveisolationwardsandneonatalICU.Room;classenvironmentforroomingin,store,checkthepackagingsterilizationareaofsterilizationandsupplycenterandsterilehemodialysisroom,othercommonhospitalwards(includingtherapeuticroom,dressingroom,etc.);IVforordinaryemergencydoorandcheck,therapeuticroomandDepartmentofinfectiousdiseasesoutpatientandward.Allkindsofenvironmenttotakeappropriateairthepurificationmeasures,theindoorairqualitytomeetthestandardrequirements.

(two)theclinicaldepartmentsoftheenvironmentisclear,indoorlayoutmeetstherequirementsofinfectioncontrolstandards.

(three)inordertoplaceallkindsofarticlesinanorderlyplace,themarkisclear,andthesterilearticlesarekeptinaccordancewiththestandardrequirements.

(four)theenvironmentandthesurfaceoftheobjecttokeepcleananddry.Whentheobviouspollution,cleaninganddisinfectioninatimelymanner.

Fourthpairsofmedicalequipment,appliancesandgoodsrequirements:

(a)intohumansteriletissue,organ,cavitation,contacthumanskindamage,damagethemucosa,theorganizationofmedicalinstruments,utensilsandarticlesshouldbesterilization.

(two)tocontactthecompleteskin,completemucosaltreatmentequipment,utensilsandarticles,shouldbedisinfected.

(three)repeateduseofmedicalequipment,utensilsandarticles,shouldbecleanedafteruse,andthendisinfectionandsterilization.Heatresistant,wettreatmentequipment,shouldbethefirstchoiceofpressuresteamsterilization,doesnotusechemicaldisinfectantimmersion.

(four)totakeappropriatemeasurestodealwiththemedicalequipment,utensilsandarticlescontaminatedbyinfectiouspathogens.

(V)forallkindsofmedicalinstruments,appliancesandgoodsaccordingtotherequirementsofclean,disinfectionandsterilizationeffectmonitoring.Themanualcleaningforpreliminarytreatmentofthecomplexinstrumentsandorganicpollutionisheavyequipment;mechanicalcleaningistocleanmostoftheconventionalequipment;ultrasoniccleaningwashingissuitableforthecleaningofthesophisticatedequipment.

FifthDepartmentofhospitalinfectionofhigh-riskdepartmentsandrequirements:

AthighriskforinfectiondepartmentconsistsofclassIenvironment,type,classIIIenvironmentinblooddialysisroom,wardtreatmentroomanddressingroom,classIVenvironmentintheemergencyward.Wardinfection,DepartmentofStomatology,flowchamber,withamilkroom,infusioncenterconfiguration,configurationoftheinfusiontreatmentroom,endoscopyroom,disinfectionandisolationworkaccordingtotheadministrativedepartmentofhealthaccordingtothespecialistdisinfectionandisolation,andthequalitymanagementrequiredtoperform.Therestofthenotincludedintheinfectioninhighriskdepartmentsarelowriskdepartmentinfection.

Sixthrequirementsformedicalwastetreatment:medicalwasteclassificationaccordingtotherequirements,recyclinganddisposal,allkindsofmedicalwastesshallnotbemixed.

SpecificationforHandHygiene

First,handhygieneoverview

Handhygiene:handwashingformedicalpersonnel,sanitaryhanddisinfectionandsurgicalhanddisinfection.

(two)washyourhandswithsoaporsoapandflowingwatertoremovedirt,debrisandpartofthepathogenicbacteria.

(three)handdisinfection:referstothemedicalstaffuseadryhanddisinfectanttorubhishands,inordertoreducetheprocessofhandinbacteria.

(IV)forsurgicalhanddisinfection:beforesurgicalmedicalstaffwithsoapandflowingwatertowash,andthenhanddisinfectanttoremoveorkillhandtemporarilybacteriaandreducelivingbacteria.

(five)subject:clinicalmedicalstaff,nurses,nurses,nursingstaff,cleaningstaff,kitchenworker.

Airpurificationandsanitation

Airpurificationmethods:naturalventilation,mechanicalventilation,airconditioning,ventilation,electrostaticadsorptionairdisinfection,ultravioletdisinfection,aircleantechnology,chemicaldisinfection.

(two)selectionofairpurificationmethod:

1.Generalwardpreferrednaturalventilation;naturalventilationadverse,shouldadoptmechanicalventilationorairconditioningandventilation;infectionofhighriskdepartmentsifthepatientdischargeordeath,innocasecantakeultravioletlightirradiationsterilizationorelectrostaticadsorptiontypeairdisinfector.ExceptforprioninfectionhighwindInsuranceDepartmentoutdoordepartmentpatients,tuberculosis,andgasgangreneinfectionandinfectionoutbreakmustuseultravioletlightirradiationsterilization.Thefrequentmovementofpersonnel,crowdedclinicsitesshouldbecleanedanddisinfectedaftertheendoftheday.

(2)medicalapparatusdisinfection,disinfectionimmersionin70%-80%ethanolsolutiondisinfectionismorethanorequalto30minutes,stamped,orsurfacewipedisinfection.

(five)iodophordisinfectant

1scopeofapplication:usedfordisinfectionofhands,skin,mucousmembranesandwounds.

2usemethods

(1)surgicalhanddisinfectionwithIodophordisinfectionsolution,wipethekneadingeffectisgreaterthan3minutes.

(2)thesurgicalsiteskindisinfectionwithIodophordisinfectionsolutioninlocalwipe2-3times,effectoftimemorethan2minutes.

(3)theinjectionsiteskindisinfection,withtheprovisionsofthehospitalcanbeusediodinetopicalantisepticwipes2times,theroleoftimeaccordingtotheprescribedtime.

(4)disinfectionoforalmucosaandwound,containingavailableiodine1000mg/L-2000mg/L(20%-40%)iodophorwipe,3minutes-5minutes.

(5)vaginalmucosaandwounddisinfection,witheffectiveiodine500mg/L(10%)iodophorrinsetime,accordingtotheproductdescriptionspecifiedtime.

(six)iodinedisinfectant

1scopeofapplication:usedforsurgicalincision,injectionandpuncture,disinfectionofneonatalumbilicalcordskin.

2.Methods:usingliquidrubbeddirectlyinjectionandsurgicalsiteskinismorethanorequalto2times,actiontimeof1minutesto2minutes,untilslightlydryandthen70%-80%ethanoldeiodination.Donotapplytoeyesandmucosa.Damagedskindisinfection.

(seven)theelectrolyzedoxidizingwater

1scopeofapplication:usedformanualcleaningofstainlesssteelandothernon-metalmaterials,equipment,disinfection,sterilizationequipmentandthesurfaceoftheobject,suchasendoscopicdisinfection.

Theuseof2methods

(1)themaineffectivecomponents:effectivechlorinecontentof50mg/L-70mg/L,pH2.0-3.0.

(2)aftermanualcleaningitems,flowingrinseimmersiondisinfectionfor2minutes,waterwashingfor30seconds.

(3)surface,sanitaryandenvironmentaldisinfection,flowingrinseimmersiondisinfection,3minutes-5minutes;orrepeatedscrubbingdisinfectionfor5minutes.

(4)hands,skinandmucousmembranedisinfection,repeatedlyscrub,3minutes-5minutes.

(5)endoscopicdisinfection.

Four,thedisinfectionoflowdegreeofhazardoussubstances:theuseoflowlevelofdisinfectionmethodsorcleaning

Cleaninganddisinfectionofmedicalsupplies:

1.Sphygmomanometer,stethoscope:disinfectedwithanalcoholwipe.Cuffshouldkeepclean,suchasnovisiblepollutionperweekwitha75%alcoholwipe;cuffasobviousvisiblepollutionshouldbecleanedwithsoapwater;ifthecuffisblood,humoralpollutionshouldbeincleanbasedon500mg/Lchlorinedisinfectantsoakfor30minutesafterrinsecleanusedin,dryspare.

2.Thetourniquetareause,afteruseifthereisnoblood,humoralpollution,usesoapcleanwaterafterdryspare.Ifthereisblood,humoralpollution,500mg/Lchlorinesoakfor30minutes,andthenwaterwashedclean,dryspare.

3Pack:afterusewithalcoholwipebackinthefridge.

(II)cleaninganddisinfectionofthepatientslifeandhealthsupplies:individualregulardisinfection;dischargedpatients,referralordeathofterminallysterilized(toilet:soakto1000mg/Lchlorinedisinfectantin30minutes,removethewashclean,dryspare.

(IV)ozonebedunitdisinfectorforterminaldisinfectionmethodisputinaplasticsheetwillbethewrappedinlinen,ozonedisinfectionfor20min,closedfor15min,andrecordtheozonedisinfectiontime.Plasticwraptoapatient.Afterdisinfectionofbedunitswithoutleavinganyotherpatient.

(II)intolerancehightemperaturedisinfecting:oxygenmaskshouldbeusedforhighlevelorintermediateleveldisinfection;ventilatorandanesthesiathreadedpipeshouldbeusedincleaninganddisinfectionmachineforcleaninganddisinfection;laryngoscope,trachealmirror,bronchoscopy,gastrointestinalendoscopyshouldbeadoptedinthelevelabovedisinfects.
