l'UsineduNordNouvelle-CalQdonieDOCUMENTNO.319000-00300-MS-C003-10002REV.0APAGE8OF14Area300-metallurgicalplantMS-FurnaceStructure-smelterline1-3M102EL.29m模板接缝不应漏浆,模板与混凝土接触表面清理干净并涂隔离剂,严禁隔离剂沾污钢筋与混凝土接槎处。Concreteleakageisnotallowedonformworkjoints.theinterfacesbetweenformworkandconcreteshallbecleanedandbrushedwithseparantwhileseparantcontaminationtointerfacesbetweenrebarandconcreteisforbidden.拆除模板时要注意保护混凝土表面,并且不要使其表面遗留缺陷。如果有任何表面损伤或者缺陷,要进行修复。Formworkshallberemovedcarefullytoavoiddamagingtheconcretesurfaceandanydefectsintheconcretesurfaceafterstrikingshallberecorded.Anydamageordefectscausedshallberepaired.模板每次拆除以后,必须进行清理油污、收集卡扣、涂刷脱模剂,分类堆放。Aftereachformworkdismantling,remove,paintingreleaseagentandlayingdowninclassificationshallbeperformed.8砼浇注ConcretePouring砼到现场时司机应出具运输单据,单据上面应包括合同号、名称及地点、序列号、日期、车号、砼标号、水泥种类、水泥含量、水灰比、骨料来源、骨料最大粒径、粗细骨料重量、添加剂种类名称含量、砼试块数量、砼出厂温度等。Astheconcreteistransportedtothesite,thedrivershallsupplythetransportbillwhichcontainstheContractnumber,Nameandlocationofbatchplant,Serialnumberforticket,Date,Platenumber(orID)ofdeliverytruck,Mixidentificationandconcretedesignstrength,Typeofcement,Cementcontent,Water/cementratio,Sourceofaggregate,Maximumsizeofaggregate,Weightoffineandcoarseaggregates,Type,nameandamountofadmixtures,Quantityofconcreteinmetres,Timeloaded,Temperatureofconcreteattimeofloadingetc.

l'UsineduNordNouvelle-CalQdonieDOCUMENTNO.319000-00300-MS-C003-10002REV.0APAGE9OF14Area300-metallurgicalplantMS-FurnaceStructure-smelterline1-3M102EL.29m混凝土运输:采用混凝土搅拌罐车运送至现场,具体罐车配备数量,要求满足现场混凝土浇筑速度,并保证现场不压车。现场混凝土浇筑是采用混凝土输送泵。Concretetransportation:concretewillbetransportedintositebyconcretetrucks,andspecificquantityofconcretetruckisrequiredtomeetconcretepouringspeedinsite,andtheconcreteispouredbyconcretepump.混凝土浇筑前,根据测设的标高点打混凝土控制点,浇筑时用平板振捣密实,大杠刮平,木抹子搓平,铁抹子压平赶光。测量放线人员要随时检查标高情况,确保标高符合设计要求。Concretepierwillbepouredaccordingtosurveyedelevationbeforeformalconcretepouring.itshallbevibratingtampered,spreadbyharrow,leveledbywoodtrowelandfinishedbysteeltrowel.theelevationwillbecheckedandinspectedbysurveyorsatanytimetoassuredesignrequirementsaremet.在浇捣砼前,对模板内的杂物和钢筋上的油污等应清理干净;对模板的缝隙和孔洞应予堵严;模板应浇水湿润,但不得有积水。浇注过程中要经常检查保护层垫块是否脱落和损坏。Priortoconcreting,debrisinsidetheformworkandgreaseontherebarshallbecleared;spacesbetweentheformworkandholeshereinshallbeblocked.Andformworkshallbemoistenedbywaterbutwithoutanydropsy.Duringconcreting,protectivelinershallbeinspectedtocheckwhetheritisdestroyedorfallen.随时解决坍落度过大或过小问题,现场决不允许随便加水,如发现坍落度不适合时,应及时和搅拌站联系后进行调整,必要时要做退货处理。Slumpconstantdeviationshallbeadjustedatanytime,anditisprohibitedtoaddwateratsitewithoutanyjustreason.Wheretheslumpvalueisnotsuitable,adjustmentforwhichshallbeavailablebeforecontactingwiththemixerstation,andgoodsreturnmaybetakenatasuitabletime.
PROJETKONIAMBOl'UsineduNordNouvelle-CalQdoniePROJETKONIAMBOl'UsineduNordNouvelle-CalQdonieDOCUMENTNO.319000-00300-MS-C003-10002REV.0APAGE10OF14Area300-metallurgicalplantMS-FurnaceStructure-smelterline1-3M102EL.29m累积的混凝土应限于加固钢筋上表面的0.5米。Theaccumulationofconcreteshallbelimitedto0.50mabovetheupperlevelofreinforcement.振捣棒与混凝土表面振捣时棒要快插慢拔,振捣过程中棒要略微上下抽动,每点振捣应视混凝土表面呈水平不再显著下沉、不再出现气泡、表面泛出灰浆为准,时间约20〜30秒。振捣棒插棒间距500—600mm,振捣必须密实,不得漏振、超振。混凝土终凝前进行二次抹面。Thevibratingrodwillbeinsertedquicklyanddrawnslowlywhilevibratingtheconcretesurface,andslightlypulledupanddowninthewholeprocess.vibratingtime20-30sforeachpoint,spacing500-600mm,theconcretemustbedenseandsolidwhilevibrating,anymissingvibrationandovervibrationtobeavoided,surfacefinishingatthesecondtimewillbecarriedoutbeforefinalcondensing.混凝土浇筑时采用分层自然流淌连续浇筑法,从一头浇筑严格控制浇筑间隙,间隙时间不大于2.5小时(初凝时间6〜8小时)。Concretewillbepouredcontinuouslylayerbylayer,flownspontaneouslyfromoneinitialplace,thetimingintervalsnomorethan2.5hours(initialcondensing6-8hours).砼自由落体的高度不得超过1.2米,浇筑高度大于1.2m采用软式串筒进行浇筑,下料点应分散布置。混凝土浇筑时必须注意,混凝土管出口不得正对模板,防止出现粘模现象。Thefreefallheightoftheconcreteshallnotexceed1.2m;softtypetumblingbarrelwillbeusedifpouringheightover1.2meters,andpouringspotsshouldbespreadaround.Whenpouring,theoutletholeofpipeshallnotfacetheformworkdirectly,forstrippingeasily.预埋件处的浇筑,防止碰撞,以免使螺栓、预埋件位置偏差。预埋件的丝扣部分预先涂好黄油,用塑料布包好,防止在浇筑过程中沾上水泥浆或碰坏。
