2,employmentprospectsAccordingtoincompletestatistics,therearecurrentlymorethan9,000hotelsacrossthecountry,thehoteltalentgapofmorethan100,000.Andnowmostofthehotel'sgrass-rootsstaffaremostlysecondaryortertiaryeducation.Ithinkthecurrentlackofhotelindustryisstillhighlyeducatedprofessionals.However,evenwithahighdegree,isstillunabletobecomeamanager.Asamanagerormusthavemanyyearsofworkexperience.Amongthem,front-lineworkexperienceisveryimportant.Therefore,asagraduateofthecollegestudents,itisabsolutelynotamaster,mustbepreparedtoacceptthechallenge.

1,idea:thisinternshipgivesusagoodopportunitytounderstandthesociety.Isthatwereallyintothecommunitybeforeanimportantstep.Lawofthejunglehasbeenunabletochangethesurvivaloftheprinciple.Wanttobesuccessful,youmustworkharderthanothers.Theinternshipfacedalotofproblemsthathadneverbeenencounteredbefore.Suchasinterpersonalproblems,guestrelations,poormentalstateandotherissues.Butthroughthisnearlyfourmonthsoflearningandimprovement,Ibothinthepsychologicalorideologicalhavebeenalotofprogress.
