IJuly20,20xx-October31,20xxtoGuangzhouCityPhoenixhotelinternship,thistimeIhaveagreatharvest.Hotelserviceisamixtureoftangibleproductsandintangibleservices,thehotelservicequalityevaluationcriteriaistheguest's"satisfaction."Guestsinthebuyer'smarketshouldtakethecustomerdemandasthestartingpointofthemarketingwork,thelobbyonbehalfofthehotelandgueststomeettheneedsoftheguestsofthehotelservicestoacceptcomplaintsfromcustomerstosolvecustomerproblems,isthehotel'snervecenter.Itisbasedonthese,thestatusandroleofthelobbyisparticularlyimportant.Althoughthefrontlobbyisnotthehotel'smainbusinesssector,butthehotel'smarketimage,servicequalityandevenmanagementlevelandoperatingefficiencyhasacrucialimpact.TheFrontOfficeisthecrowningtouchtohotelmanagement.ThroughthisinthePhoenixhotelclosetofourmonthsofinternship,Ibenefitgreatly.Thehotelistantamounttoamicrocosmofsociety.TheinternshipisundoubtedlyforthenearfutureintothecommunityIprovideanimportantopportunity.

2,employmentprospectsAccordingtoincompletestatistics,therearecurrentlymorethan9,000hotelsacrossthecountry,thehoteltalentgapofmorethan100,000.Andnowmostofthehotel'sgrass-rootsstaffaremostlysecondaryortertiaryeducation.Ithinkthecurrentlackofhotelindustryisstillhighlyeducatedprofessionals.However,evenwithahighdegree,isstillunabletobecomeamanager.Asamanagerormusthavemanyyearsofworkexperience.Amongthem,front-lineworkexperienceisveryimportant.Therefore,asagraduateofthecollegestudents,itisabsolutelynotamaster,mustbepreparedtoacceptthechallenge.

1,idea:thisinternshipgivesusagoodopportunitytounderstandthesociety.Isthatwereallyintothecommunitybeforeanimportantstep.Lawofthejunglehasbeenunabletochangethesurvivaloftheprinciple.Wanttobesuccessful,youmustworkharderthanothers.Theinternshipfacedalotofproblemsthathadneverbeenencounteredbefore.Suchasinterpersonalproblems,guestrelations,poormentalstateandotherissues.Butthroughthisnearlyfourmonthsoflearningandimprovement,Ibothinthepsychologicalorideologicalhavebeenalotofprogress.
