利雅得水泥厂石灰石预均化堆场施工方案RiyadhCementCompanyLimestonePreblendingStockpileConstructionScheme说明:Instructions:该方案编制依据:ThisSchemeiscompiledaccordingto1、石灰石预均化堆场施工图纸Drawingsforlimestonepreblendingstockpile2、总承包合同要求RequirementsofGeneralContract3、施工现场环境、机具,施工经验等Siteenvironmentequipmentsandourconstructionexperiences4、建筑施工手册(第四版)ConstructionManual(fourthedition一、工程概况BriefIntroductionoftheProject1、工程性质和作用该工程为利雅得水泥厂石灰石预均化堆场,其功能是储存和运输石灰石,建筑工期:土建部分计划92天.质量要求:土建工程范围是按照业主提供的文件所进行的交钥匙模式施工,在施工的每一步都要业主的质量认可,达到业主的满意.NatureoftheProjectanditsfunctionTheProjectisthelimestonepreblendingstockpileofRiyadhCementCompanywhosefunctionistostoreandtransport,liia^slt(iih©timelimitforthefoundationis。92Qualityrequirements:TheCivilWorksScopeisaTurnkeypatternexecutedasperthedocumentationsofferedbytheOwnerwitheachsteptobeapprovedbyandtothesatisfactionoftheOwner2、建筑的结构特征该工程主要由网架基础、堆取料机轨道基础和石灰石运输廊道组成,网架基础由40个钢筋混凝土基础组成的半径为56m的环形基础,基础之间用基础梁连接,供上部施工金属网架.堆取料机轨道基础是半径为51m的环型钢筋混凝土基础,基础底宽1。2m,高1。3m,设置8道混凝土后浇带以降低混凝土收缩应力,基础上部设计有预埋螺栓,用于堆取料机轨道的安装。石灰石运输廊道为本工程施工的重点,其主要部位是位于场内的箱体结构进料仓,外部结构尺寸;高11m,宽8m,长40。5m,壁厚1m,底标高-11m,局部-12m,因为是地下工程,施工时要考虑防水,防潮措施.StructureCharacteristicoftheConstructionTheProjecconsistsonfetframefoundation,stoclahdgreclaimingtrackfoundationandlimestonebeltconveyornetframefoundationismadeupof40reinforcedconcretefoundations.Thefoundationswi11beconnectedwithbeams.Thefoundationofstockingandreclaimingtrackisaroundoneoasemidiametre51。mThewidthoffoundationis,1.21eingth1.3m.8concreterearcastingbeltsareinstalledtoreducethecontractionstressofconcretePre—embeddedanchorboltisinstalledontheupperpartofthefoundation.Thelimestoneconveyoristhehighlighto,ftwhiethprtohjectbinasitsmainpartthedimensionofwhichisasfollows:height11m,width8mlength40.5mthickness1mbottomelevation11m,part12m.Waterproofingandmoistureproofingshouldbetakenintoconsiderationsinceitisanundergroundproject施工目标ObjectiveoftheConstruction1、工期目标计划25年8月25日开工,25年11月25日结束,工期92天。TimelimitoftheConstructionTheConstructionbeginsonAug2255andwi11finishonNov25,25withtheperiodof92days.2、质量目标确保优质工程,达到业主工程师满意。GoalsofQualityQualityistobeofsuperiorandtothesatisfactfoneofiitdner.Owner3、安全生产目标坚持:“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,保证一般事故率小于0。15%,工亡率为0,在施工期间杜绝一切重大安全事故.ObjectiveofSafetySafetyandprecautionfromaccidentswi11alwaysbeputinthefirstplaceCommonaccidentratewi11becontrolledwithin0.15%anddeathrate0%Anymajorsafetyaccidentwillbeshunned.4、文明施工和环保目标强化施工现场科学管理,满足现场环保要求达到业主工程师满意。Pursuitoforderandenvironmentalprotection11isourgoaltoreinforcethescientificmanagementofthesiteconstructtomeetwiththeenvironmentalprotectionequirementandtomakeourOwnerandEngineersatisfactory.5、服务目标建造业主满意工程.TargetofourserviceAprojecttothesatisfactionoftheOwner三、管理组织机构本工程根据其特点,在现场成立项目经理部,实施总承包管理模式,由项目经理、项目总工程师、项目经济师组成,负责对工程的领导、决策、指挥、协调、控制等事宜,对工程的进度、成本、质量、安全和现场文明施工等负全部责任。AdministrationByvirtueofthecharacteristicofthisproject,thebusinesspatternofGenContractingisbroughtintoeffectandtheProjectManagementDepartmentistobeestablishedontheSitewhichismadeupofProjectPManagerChiefEngineerandProjectEconomist,whoareresponsiblefor,thdeceadong—making,superintending,coordinatingandcontrollingof,tanedpwtogectarealsoinfullchargeoftheprocedure,costqualitysafetyandorderlyexecutionoftheproject.四、施工方案1、土方工程1、室外自然地坪平整后一0.2m,网架基础土方挖深为L1m,堆取料机轨道基础土方挖深0.6m,采用机械破碎挖土,如遇回填土石方,需继续挖至原土层,石灰石运输廊道基础挖深11m,土方开挖前,先爆破,后采用反铲分两层开挖,边坡坡度根据岩石性质,层理特性和挖方深度确定,一般为1:0.35-11。5,基底根据构筑物尺寸每边留置不少于1m的工作面,挖出的土方用自卸汽车运至场外,并平整好场地。Outdoornaturalleveling—0。2m,netframefoundationexcavationdepth11m。stockingandreclaimingtrackfoundationexcavationdepth0.6m.adoptmachinerycrushingexcavation.Ifmeetrefi11ingsoil,shoulddigtotheoriginaLlayemestoneconveyorfoundationdepth,11mblasting)eforeexcavation,slopingisbetween1:0.3—1:1.5.1mofworkingplaceisreserved.Theexcavatedsoilandrocksareremovedbydumpertotheoutsideandlevelingisdone.1-2、土方回填采用铲运机运土分层回填,每层回填厚度不大于30cm,用蛙式打夯机夯实,并夯实后达到干燥时的密度的确90%,上表面用振动压实机压实地表。Refillingisdonebycarryscraperandtherefillingisdonebylayers,ealayerthethicknessislessthana3idcnthefroghammerisusedfortampingAndthedensitywhenbeingdr%jsv90ratingcompactorisusedtocompactthesoilsurface.2、网架基础和堆取料机基础工程施工方法Netframefoundationandreclaimerfoundationconstruction2—1、基础摸板利用多层胶合板、木支撑棱角用小木方制成45度角,棱角直角边长20mm,支撑方式如下图:Foundationmouldboardwilluseply—board,woodsupporterandanglewi11befiliedwithsmallwoodencubewithh^51engthofangleis20mmwhichisshownbythefollowingdiagram:2、堆取料机基础螺栓可采用预留孔洞或沟槽,后栽螺栓的方式施工,保证螺栓的位置准确,后灌注的混凝土掺加膨胀剂,膨胀剂的使用参照使用说明书,并经业主工程师确认后施工。Thefoundationboltswi11beembeddedintheconcretetoguaranteethatitisinstalledattheappropriatThplconcretewi11beaddedswellerwhoseusagewillfollowinstructionsandwiththeapprovalofengineer3、石灰石运输廊道工程施工;Limestoneconveyorcorridorconstruction1、施工步骤;从进料仓开始以设计的变形缝划分,分四个施工段,进行流水施工。Processfourpartsaltogetherfromtheentranceofthematerials3—2、模板工程施工方法;模板采用18mm厚木质胶合板,50x1(mm)松木方制作,木楞间距3mm,用^48x3。5钢管做支架固定,参见“墙体模板施工图”施工,通廊内侧用©48x3.5钢管架设满堂脚手架,外侧架设双排脚手架,脚手架同时当作钢支架支撑模板,脚手架横杆和立杆的间距均设为6mm,保证模板支撑强度和刚度,双排脚手架外侧与基坑壁靠紧,使其不会因混凝土侧压力产生横向变形,保证混凝土墙壁的截面尺寸,模板内可用木方支撑,待混凝土浇注到此位置时将其取出。Mouldboardwillbe18mmthick50x1(0ifim)pinewookcubes,andthedistancebetweenwoodencubeswi11be3mm,andfixedwithframeofsteeltubes^(4i8x3o5,seethe“DrawingsofWallMouldBoard”。Theinnerplaceofcorridorwillbefilledwithscaffold,andtheouterplacewillbeinstalledwithtworollscaffold,andthescaffoldwillbeusedatthesametimeassupportertosupporttheboard.Thedistanceis6mmtoguaranteethestrengthandseverity。Thetworollscaffoldwillbeclosetothepitsidetoavoiddeformation。以上模板支撑方案适用于地下部分,有基坑壁支护的位置.地上部分廊道的墙体模板采用©14对拉螺栓固定,间距6mm,每侧用两根50x1(mm)木方做横楞,横楞间距6mm。Theabovemouldsupportingplanisapttoundergroundpart,withpitsidesupporterparts.Thewallmouldboardabovegroundwillbefixedwithboltsof^14,distance6mm,twowoodencubesof50x1(mm)willbeusedwiththedistanceof6mm3-3、钢筋工程施工Reinforcedbars⑴、钢筋加工,现场设置一台钢筋切断机,一台钢筋弯曲机,二台电焊机,一台钢筋调直机,一处钢筋制作棚。钢筋质量需经业主工程师确认合格后加工制做。Onesetofbarcutter,onesetofbarbender,twosetsofwelderandonesetofbarstraighter。Anderectashedforthework.ThequalityofthebarsshouldrequiretheOwner’sapproval。⑵、钢筋安装:水平设置纵向钢筋连接采用单面搭接焊,搭接长度10倍钢筋直径,竖向钢筋采用电渣压力焊,接槎相互错开,距离为钢筋直径的35d以上,底板上排钢筋用铁马登架起,间距1。5m,侧壁双排钢筋间用*10拉筋固定间距。侧壁竖向钢筋长度大于6m的采取在底板处设置插筋,后焊接上部钢筋的方式施工。插筋留设方式参见标准图集,并经业主工程师确认后施工。Reinforcingbar:Thelevelestablisheslengthwaysreinforcingbarconjunctionadoptiontheonesidetakestoconnectthewelding,takingtoconnectthelength10timesreinforcingbardiameter,theuprightfacesreinforcingbaradoptionelectricitypressure,connectthetoshuntmutually,distanceofreinforcingbarthediametral35dsabove,liningupthereinforcingbartoascendwiththeirononthescaleboardrises,isapartfrom1。5ms,sidewalldoublerowthereinforcingbarusesthe*10pulflix。Thesidewalluprightfacestheoverandaboveawayforadoptinginthescaleboardestablishingbar,behindweldingupperpartreinforcingbarconstructioninreinforcingbarlength。Puttingthebarstaystoestablishthewaypaystothestandarddiagramgathers,combiningafterownerengineerconfirmstartconstruction。3-4、混凝土工程ConcreteProject⑴、混凝土等级B25,提供混凝土用的砂、石、水泥试验后经业主工程师认可,由试验确定混凝土配合比,该工程混凝土采用罐车运输,混凝土泵送浇筑,要求混凝土初凝时间不少于3小时,保证连续浇筑.ConcretegradeB25,thesand,stones,cementshouldbetestedandapprovedbyOwner’sEngineer。Trialmixcubeistobetested.Theconcreteistransportedbytransportmixer,andconveyedbypump.Initialsettingtimeisnotlessthan3hours,andcontinuouscastingisrequired。混凝土浇筑施工缝的布置,该工程按设计变形缝分四个流水段施工,每一施工段底板与墙面之间设置一道施工缝,施工缝距底板上表面3mm高,施工⑶、⑷、缝制作成齿形防水带,如图所示,侧壁与顶梁板浇注时,在侧壁浇筑完毕后停歇1-L5小时,使混凝土获得初步沉实后在继续浇筑,以防止接缝处出Theconcretesprinklestobuildtheconstructionsewsofarrange,thatengineeringtransformstosewtodividefourflowingwatersaconstructionaccordingtothedesign,eachaconstructionascaleboardestablisheswithwallconstructionsews,startingconstructiontosewtobeapartfromscaleboardtopthesurface3mmshigh.Theconstructionstitchestomakethepermanentteethformwatertightness,shownasdiagram,thesidewallsprinkleswithcrestbeamplanktonote,stop1—lo5hoursaftersidewallsprinklebuildtocomplete,maketheconcreteacquirethefirststeptosinksolidtheempresssprinklingtobuiIdcontinuously,inordertopreventjoint.⑶、⑷、混凝土浇筑顺序,底板混凝土浇筑应从一侧开始纵向连续浇筑,侧壁混凝土分层连续浇筑每层3-4高,并且在下层混凝土初凝之前浇筑上一层混凝土.Concretecastingorder:itshouldbelengthwiseandcontinuously,with3-4thickness,andtheupperlayershouldbecastbeforesolidificationofthelowerlayer。4、混凝土养护concretecuring混凝土用混凝土养护液养护和浇水湿润的方式进行养护。Theconcreteiscuredwithchemicalliquidandwatercuring。五、施工准备计划Preparationofconstruction1、供水和供电:现场施工用水主要考虑木模板湿润、混凝土养护、土方压实等工程施工使用,配备60立方米水箱满足施工用水。施工用电采用自备发电机组,供电量450KW,满足该工程的施工临时用电。Powersupplyandwatersupply60cubicmeterwatertankshouldbepreparedfortheuseofwateronthesite,mainlyformoistureofwoodenboard,curingofconcreteandcompressingofsoil。Powersupply:generator,capacity450KW,tomeetwiththerequirementonthesite.2、场内道路Roadonthesite现场临时道路,场地平整已施工完,符合施工要求.Levelingandprofilingofroadhasbeenfinished.3、房屋设施housing现场利用一间原有的房屋修建后作为现场办公、休息、小型材料、机具储备等用房.Tousetheexistinghouseforoffice,rest,andstoreroomofmaterials,andsmallequipments。4、现场劳动力组织labourallocation4-1、以工程处为主,组建一个综合性施工队伍,在结构施工阶段,组成木模、钢筋、混凝土三个专业班组,设木工工长两人,钢筋工长二人,混凝土工长两人。Threegroupswillbeestablished:woodmoulding,reinforcedbarandconcrete,withtwochiefsforeachgroup.4-2、现场劳动组织需求量:结构施工阶段,木工20人,钢筋工15人,混凝土工12人,其他工种5人。Laboursneeded:20carpenters,15barlabors,12concretelabors,and5ofotherlabors。六、施工进度计划progress在保证施工质量的前提下,实行快速流水作业,做好本工程施工进度计划.1、廊道工程在平面上划分为四个施工流水段,施工网络计划如图:2、网架基础和堆取料机轨道基础施工计划安排:首先施工网架基础,后施工堆取料机轨道基础计划工期40天。施工进度计划见附表。Conveyorisdividedinto4partsNetframefoundationandreclaimertrackconstructionwillbe40days.七、施工质量保证措施MeasuresofQualityGuarantee1、加强技术管理,认真贯彻各项技术管理制度,开工前要落实各级人员岗位责任制,做好技术交底,施工中要认真检查执行情况,开展全面质量管理活动,根据工序报验程序,及时报请咨询工程师审核。Wearetoenhancethetechnicmalnagement,earnestlycarrythrougheachtechnicaalndmanagementregulationE.xpresslystipulatteheresponsibilityofeachpostingandwellmanagetheshifte,xaminethoroughlyduringtheexecutionandreporttotheConsultantsfortheirapproval.2、认真进行原材料检验,钢材和水泥等材料,必须提供质量保证书,并按规定做好抽验,各种强度等级的混凝土,要认真确定设计配合比,规定减水剂掺量,按规定制作试块。Steels,cementandallotherrawmaterialsshouldbewelltestedbeforeaccesintothesiteandtheirqualitycertificaandrandomtestarerequiredaccordingtorelevantstipulationsTrialmixcubesshouldbemadeforvariousgradesofconcrete3、加强材料管理,建立工料消耗台帐,实行“当日记载,月底结帐”制度,钢筋工程采用现场集中配料,冷拉和对焊措施,降低钢材损耗.Establishaccoubnotokforrawmaterialnsdclaimsforthesarmetobejourna
