possible,Makesurethecenteroftheclothisinthemiddleofthetableandtheconvexsidepointingtowardsthehost’sanddeputyhost’sseat;Makesurethefouredgesoftheclothhangevenlytothegroundwiththesurfaceparallelwiththelegsofthetableandperpendiculartotheground.2.拉椅pullthechair将餐椅摆放在餐台周围。圆桌摆放呈“三三两两式”;方桌摆放呈“两两式”或“对称式”;从主位开始,将餐椅正对餐位,椅子之间距离相等,与桌边相距1.5cm。

Keep

the

equal

distancebetween

seats

with

a

1.5cm

distance

to

theside

of

the

table.

3.摆放转盘和中心装饰物placeturntableandcenterpiece1.8人以上餐台应摆转台;转盘居中摆放,与餐台同心,注意检查转盘旋转是否灵活。Setaturntableforagroupofmorethaneightpeople;Makesurethecenteroftheturntableisconcentricwiththatofthetable;Checktoseeiftheturntablecanrotatesmoothlytoperformthetask.摆放中心装饰物,装饰物规格与餐桌比例恰当,外形美观,具有较强观赏价值;中心装饰物要与宴会主题相符,同时起到烘托和点缀主题的作用。Putthecenterpiecewhosespecificationsareappropriatetothetable.Itshouldhaveabeautifulappearancewithastrongornamentalvalue.Itshouldbeaccordwiththebanquettheme,andplaytheroleoffoilingandembellishingthetheme.4.摆餐餐具setthetableware要求:使用托盘操作,从主人位开始,按顺时针方向依次摆放;摆放餐具时要求轻放,注意卫生标准要求。

(1)骨碟定位:拿骨碟边缘,摆在席位正中、间距相等,距桌边1.5cm,店徽或图案对齐。

it

on

the

table

to

thecenter

of

each

seat,

and

keep

a

1.5cm

gapbetween

each

other.

If

a

pattern

or

logois

present,

make

sure

to

place

them

in

aunanimous

position.

(2)汤碗、汤勺和味碟:味碟放在骨碟正上方,距骨碟1cm;汤碗放在骨碟左上方,距味碟1cm,勺置于碗中,勺把向左。汤碗和味碟的横向直径在一直线上。

three

items

horizontallyin

4.摆餐餐具setthetableware(3)筷架、筷子和牙签:筷架摆在骨碟的右侧,位于筷子上部1/3处;筷子、长柄勺摆在筷架上,长柄勺距骨碟右侧边缘3cm,尾端离桌边1.5cm;筷子图案向上、后端距桌边1.5cm;牙签摆放在筷子和长柄勺中间,牙签套正面朝上,底部与长柄勺齐平。

logo

present,

makesure

the

painted

side

is

in

the

front.

Lay

thetoothpick

in

between

the

chopsticks

andladle

with

its

front

side

facing

upward

andits

end

should

be

aligned

to

the

ladle’s.(4)公用餐具:公筷架、公用勺、公筷放置于正、副主人位的正前方,公筷架距离转台5cm~8cm,公勺在外,公筷在里,勺柄向右。

5.摆放餐巾花arrangetablenapkinflowers中餐宴会可以摆设杯花,也可摆放盘花。应位置摆放得当,美观大方。

during

a

Chinese

banquet.

Napkinflowers

should

be

placed

properly,

beautifuland

dignified.

6.复查doublecheck摆台后要检查台面摆设有无遗漏,摆放是否规范、符合标准。
