HRNEWEMPLOYEEONBOARDINGCHECKLIST新员工职清单Thegoalistoplanandforthe’sarrivalsothattheemployeedoesnotarrivetochaos,buttoanorganizedpreparedworkplace.Thischecklistisdesignedtoassistwiththedepartment’sorientationprocess.Onboardingisalong-termprocessthatbeginsbeforeemployeestartdateandcontinuesforatleastsixThisChecklistisorganizedbyresponsibledepartmenttoinitiateeachtaskatdifferenttimeline.Italsohelpshiringmanagersprepareforthearrivalofnewemployees.Onceanemployeestarts,he/shecanworktogetherwiththehiringmanageranonboarding.我们的目是为新员工的到来做划和准备,避免混,维持有的工作环境。此清单有助于部进行上岗引导程序。入职一个长期的过程,从员工到来开始并持至少六个。这份清单由相关部门在不同时间点负责实施每一项任。同时也有助于用人理为新员工的到来准备。员到来后,他/她会与用人部门经一起工作进行入职流程PriorFirstDay职HUMANRESOURCES人力资源1.PrintoutNewEmployeeOnboardingChecklist,reviewandcustomize打印新员入职清单,审核并定2.Completetworeferencechecksandcollectdocuments(asperPre-EmploymentChecklist)fromnewemployeebeforemakinganofficialoffer确定了候人,出Offer之前,依据检查清单,需完成至少两公司以上景调查3.SendofferconfirmationacceptanceemailtoIT,HR,HiringManager,Adminandstartdate给IT,HR,用人经理,行,发送入通知邮件,注明入职期4.Callthenewemployeetowelcomehimorherafewdaysbeforethestartdate.Remindhim/hertobringcompletedpaperworkandidentificationonthefirstday.Ifaforeigner,sendtheworkpermitapplicationchecklistwithallthenecessaryformsandprocedurestocomplete.在入职日之前致电新员工欢迎/她的加入。醒他她在入职第一天带纸质资料证明。如果是外员工,发送其办理就许可证申请所需要所有必要格和手续清单。5.NotifyemployeetodoMedicalCheckUp通知员工检6.Providenewemployeewithacontactintheeventofaquestionorissue提供给新工联系方式以便有需时联系。7.Prepareon-boardingmaterials:准备入职料:a.b.c.d.e.
