Meanwhile,

takingadvantageofthisopportunity,IwanttoexpressmyheartfeltthankstoHuaihuaMunicipalgovernment,ZhongfangCountygovernmentaswellasalllevelsofthehealthsystemandadministrativebranchesinHuaiHuacity,whohavebeenconcernedaboutthedevelopmentofTCMforalongtime.Ialsowanttoexpressmysinceregreetingstoallstaffswhoworkhardinthemedicalfrontline.中医药作为中华民族的伟大创造是我国优秀传统文化的瑰宝，有着几千年的历史，凝聚着中华民族的智慧。党和国家历来高度重视中医药的发展，将发展我国传统医药写入了宪法，制定了行政的法规和一系列政策。特别是近几年，党和国家对中医药的发展，更加重视和支持。中共中央国务院《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》，特别强调要在医改中，充分发挥中医药民族医药的作用。国务院专门出台了《关于扶持和促进关于中医药发展的若干意见》，将其作为医改的第一个配套文件。中医药的立法已经进入了最后的程序，不久将会问世。TraditionalChineseMedicineasagreatcreationoftheChinesenationisatreasureofexcellenttraditionalChineseculture.IthasahistoryofthousandsyearsandisthewisdomcrystallizationoftheChinesenation.OurPartyandCountryhavealwaysattachedgreatimportancetothedevelopmentofTraditionalChinesemedicine,andwrotethedevelopmentofTCMintotheNationalConstitution,alsoenactedtheadministrativeregulationsandaseriesofpolicies.Especiallyinrecentyears,ourpartyandthecountryhavepaidmoreandmoreattentiontoandputmoresupportonthedevelopmentofTCM.
