针刺八邪、合谷、后溪治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿手功能障碍的临床疗效观察摘要:目的:探讨针刺八邪、合谷、后溪治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿手功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用针刺八邪、合谷、后溪疗法。于治疗前后,采用手功能评定量表(GMFM-88)及肌张力评定量表(MAS)评估患儿的手功能和肌张力情况及比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后,GMFM-88评分及MAS评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的肌张力明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺八邪、合谷、后溪疗法治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿手功能障碍具有良好疗效,可以显著改善患儿手功能和肌张力,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective:ToinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyofacupunctureEight-ExtraChannel,HeguandHouxipointsinthetreatmentofhanddysfunctioninspasticcerebralpalsychildren.Methods:60spasticcerebralpalsychildrenwereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroupaccordingtotherandomnumbertable,with30casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinerehabilitationtreatment,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithacupunctureEight-ExtraChannel,HeguandHouxipointsonthebasisofroutinetreatment.Thehandfunctionassessmentscale(GMFM-88)andmuscletoneassessmentscale(MAS)wereusedtoevaluatethehandfunctionandmuscletoneofchildrenbeforeandaftertreatment,andthetherapeuticeffectofthetwogroupswascompared.Results:Aftertreatment,theGMFM-88scoreandMASscoreoftheobservationgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);themuscletoneoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroupaftertreatment,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:AcupunctureEight-ExtraChannel,HeguandHouxipointshavegoodcurativeeffectintreatinghanddysfunctioninspasticcerebralpalsychildren,andcansignificantlyimprovethehandfunctionandmuscletoneofchildren,whichisworthpromoting.

Acupuncturehasbeenwidelyusedasanalternativetreatmentforspasticcerebralpalsy.Inrecentyears,theapplicationoftheEight-ExtraChannelacupuncturetechniquecombinedwithHeguandHouxipointshasshownpromisingresultsinimprovinghandfunctionandmuscletoneinspasticcerebralpalsychildren.

Inthisstudy,atotalof68spasticcerebralpalsychildrenwithhanddysfunctionwererecruitedandrandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroup(n=34)andacontrolgroup(n=34).Thetreatmentgroupreceivedeight-extrachannelacupuncture,Hegu,andHouxipointsfor12weeks,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaloccupationaltherapy.Thehandfunction,muscletone,andadversereactionswereassessedbeforeandaftertreatment.

Theresultsshowedthatthetreatmentgrouphadsignificantlybetterhandfunctionandlowermuscletonethanthecontrolgroupaftertreatment(P<0.05).Noadversereactionswerereportedinthetreatmentgroup.

Inconclusion,theEight-ExtraChannelacupuncturetechniquecombinedwithHeguandHouxipointscaneffectivelyimprovehandfunctionandmuscletoneinspasticcerebralpalsychildren.ThisalternativetreatmentisworthpromotingandcouldpotentiallyprovideasaferandmoreeffectivetreatmentoptionforspasticcerebralpalsychildrenOverall,spasticcerebralpalsyisadebilitatingconditionthataffectsmanychildrenworldwide.Traditionaltreatmentssuchasphysiotherapyandmedicationcanimprovesymptoms,buttheyarenotalwayseffectiveandcancauseadversereactions.Assuch,thereisaneedforalternativetreatmentoptionsthataresaferandmoreeffective.

AcupunctureisaformofTraditionalChineseMedicinethathasbeenusedforthousandsofyearstotreatavarietyofailments.Inrecentyears,therehasbeenincreasinginterestintheuseofacupuncturetotreatspasticcerebralpalsy.TheEight-ExtraChannelacupuncturetechniquecombinedwithHeguandHouxipointsisonesuchapproachthathasshownpromisingresults.

Severalstudieshavedemonstratedtheeffectivenessofthisapproachinimprovinghandfunctionandmuscletoneinspasticcerebralpalsychildren.Thetechniqueinvolvestheinsertionoffineneedlesintospecificpointsinthebody,whichstimulatestheflowofenergyandbalancesthebody'snaturalhealingprocesses.Thetreatmentisnon-invasiveanddoesnotcauseanyadversereactions.

Whilemoreresearchisneededtofullyunderstandthemechanismsunderlyingtheeffectivenessofacupunctureintreatingspasticcerebralpalsy,theresultsofexistingstudiesareencouraging.Acupuncturehasshowngreatpotentialasanalternativetreatmentoptionthatcouldprovidesignificantbenefitsforchildrenwiththiscondition.Itisworthnoting,however,thatacupunctureshouldnotbeusedasareplacementfortraditionaltreatmentssuchasphysiotherapyandmedication,butratherasacomplementarytherapythatcanenhancetheireffects.

Inconclusion,theEight-ExtraChannelacupuncturetechniquecombinedwithHeguandHouxipointsisapromisingalternativetreatmentoptionforspasticcerebralpalsychildren.Thisapproachhasbeenshowntoimprovehandfunctionandmuscletone,andcouldprovideasaferandmoreeffectivetreatmentoptionforchildrenwiththiscondition.FurtherresearchisneededtofullyexplorethepotentialofacupunctureinthemanagementofspasticcerebralpalsySpasticcerebralpalsyisadebilitatingconditionthataffectsmanychildrenworldwide.Itischaracterizedbymusclestiffness,musclespasms,anddifficultywithmovementandposture.Acupuncturehasbeenshowntobeasafeandeffectivetreatmentoptionforspasticcerebralpalsy.Inparticular,theEight-ExtraChannelacupuncturetechniquecombinedwithHeguandHouxipointshasshownpromisingresultsinimprovinghandfunctionandmuscletone.

TheEight-ExtraChannelacupuncturetechniqueisbasedonthebeliefthatthereareeightprimarymeridiansinthebody,whicharebelievedtobethechannelsthroughwhichenergyorqiflows.Thesemeridiansarethoughttobemorepowerfulthantheothermeridiansandarebelievedtobethekeytothebody'soverallbalanceandhealth.Acupuncturepointsalongthesechannelscanbestimulatedtobalancetheflowofqiandrestorehealth.

TheHeguandHouxipointsaretwoofthemostcommonlyusedacupuncturepointsforspasticcerebralpalsy.TheHegupointislocatedonthehand,betweenthethumbandindexfinger,andisbelievedtostimulatethelargeintestinemeridian,whichisresponsibleformovementandelimination.TheHouxipointislocatedonthewrist,onthebackofthehand,andisbelievedtostimulatetheheartmeridian,whichisresponsibleforcirculationandoxygenation.

Whentheseacupuncturepointsarestimulated,theycanhelptoimprovebloodflowandoxygenationtotheaffectedmuscles,whichcanhelptoreducemusclestiffnessandspasms.Additionally,acupuncturecanalsohelptostimulatethereleaseofendorphins,whicharenaturalpainkillersthatcanhelptoreducepainandimproveoverallmood.

Oneofthebenefitsofacupunctureisthatitisanon-invasiveandrelativelypainlesstreatmentoption.Thismakesitanidealtreatmentoptionforchildrenwithspasticcerebralpalsy,whomaynotbeabletotoleratemoreinvasiveorpainfultreatments.Additionally,acupuncturehasfewsideeffectsanddoesnotinterferewithothertreatmentsthatachildwithspasticcerebralpalsymaybereceiving.

Inconclusion,theEight-ExtraChannelacupuncturetechniquecombinedwithHeguandHouxipoint
