摘要:本文研究了耐候钢锈层损伤特征及其对腐蚀行为的影响。通过室内外腐蚀试验,采用SEM、EDS等表征手段,对耐候钢锈层损伤特征进行了研究,揭示了损伤程度与暴露时间、大气污染物含量、温度、湿度等因素之间的关系。同时,还探讨了针对不同损伤程度的腐蚀防护措施,包括涂层、防腐漆和自修复涂层等方面。结果表明,损伤程度越高,腐蚀速率越快,防护措施应依据实际情况选择。本文能够为耐候钢的研发和应用提供参考。

Abstract:Thispaperstudiedthedamagecharacteristicsofweather-resistantsteelrustlayeranditsinfluenceoncorrosionbehavior.Throughindoorandoutdoorcorrosiontests,usingSEM,EDSandothercharacterizationmethods,thedamagecharacteristicsofweather-resistantsteelrustlayerwerestudied.Therelationshipbetweenthedegreeofdamageandexposuretime,atmosphericpollutioncontent,temperature,humidityandotherfactorswasrevealed.Atthesametime,wealsoexploredcorrosionprotectionmeasuresfordifferentdegreesofdamage,includingcoatings,anti-corrosionpaintsandself-repairingcoatings.Theresultsshowedthatthehigherthedegreeofdamage,thefasterthecorrosionrate,andthechoiceofprotectivemeasuresshouldbebasedontheactualsituation.Thispapercanprovideareferencefortheresearchandapplicationofweather-resistantsteel.

Inconclusion,thestudyofweather-resistantsteelisanimportantareaofresearchthatcanhelptoadvanceourunderstandingofcorrosionandprotectionmeasures.Bycharacterizingrustlayerdamageanddevelopingeffectiveprotectionmeasures,researcherscanworktowardsimprovingthedurabilityandreliabilityofweather-resistantsteelinavarietyofapplications。Onepotentialapplicationforweather-resistantsteelisintheconstructionofbuildingsandinfrastructurelocatedincoastalormarineenvironments,whereexposuretosaltairandseaspraycanacceleratecorrosion.Inadditiontoprotectingthesestructuresfromcorrosion,weather-resistantsteelcanalsoimprovetheiraestheticappeal,astherustlayercangivethemaunique,rusticappearance.
Anotherpotentialapplicationforweather-resistantsteelisinthemanufacturingofvehiclesandtransportationequipmentthatareexposedtoharshenvironmentalconditions,suchasheavyrainfallorsaltexposureonroads.Byusingweather-resistantsteelintheseapplications,manufacturerscanincreasethedurabilityandlongevityoftheirproducts,reducingmaintenanceandreplacementcostsovertime.
