基于“血水同治”理论观察益离活血方治疗慢性心力衰竭阳气亏虚血瘀证的临床疗效及对NLR、PLR、RDW的影响摘要：

目的：本研究旨在观察基于“血水同治”理论的益离活血方对慢性心力衰竭阳气亏虚血瘀证的临床疗效及其对NLR、PLR、RDW指标的影响。

方法：招募60例慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者，并根据纳入标准将其分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组接受益离活血方治疗，对照组接受常规治疗。两组患者在治疗前后均接受身体检查、生化指标检测、心功能评估、血常规检查及NLR、PLR、RDW指标检测。

结果：与对照组相比，治疗组在治疗后的总有效率、心功能改善、血常规及NLR、PLR、RDW指标处于明显优势。治疗组在总有效率方面为86.7%，显著高于50%的对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组总体心功能明显改善，收缩末期左室内径、舒张末期左室内径、左心房直径、左室射血分数、心率均显著降低/提高，治疗效果优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。治疗后，治疗组的NLR、PLR及RDW指标均显著下降，与对照组相比差异显著（P<0.05或P<0.01）。

结论：基于“血水同治”理论的益离活血方对慢性心力衰竭阳气亏虚血瘀证的治疗具有显著优势，能提高心功能，调节炎性指标和红细胞计数参数。

Abstract:

Objective:ThisstudyaimstoobservetheclinicalefficacyoftheYiliHuoxueFangbasedonthetheoryof"treatingbloodandwater"inthetreatmentofchronicheartfailurewithyangqideficiencyandbloodstasissyndrome,aswellasitseffectsontheNLR,PLRandRDWindicators.

Methods:Sixtypatientswithchronicheartfailure(CHF)wererecruitedanddividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroupaccordingtotheinclusioncriteria.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedtheYiliHuoxueFangtreatment,andthecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaltreatment.Bothgroupsofpatientsunderwentphysicalexamination,biochemicalindicatortest,heartfunctionevaluation,bloodroutinetestandNLR,PLRandRDWindicatortestsbeforeandaftertreatment.

Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,thetreatmentgrouphadasignificantadvantageintermsoftotaleffectiverate,heartfunctionimprovement,bloodroutineandNLR,PLRandRDWindicatorsaftertreatment.Thetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas86.7%,significantlyhigherthanthe50%ofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theoverallcardiacfunctionofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyimproved,andtheleftventricularend-diastolicdiameter,leftatrialdiameter,leftventricularejectionfraction,andheartrateweresignificantlyreduced/increasedcomparedwiththoseofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05orP<0.01).Aftertreatment,theNLR,PLR,andRDWindicatorsofthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlydecreased,andthedifferencewassignificantcomparedwiththecontrolgroup(P<0.05orP<0.01).

Conclusion:ThetherapywithYiliHuoxueFangbasedonthetheoryof"treatingbloodandwater"hassignificantadvantagesinthetreatmentofchronicheartfailurewithyangqideficiencyandbloodstasissyndrome.Itcanimproveheartfunctionandregulateinflammatoryindicatorsandredbloodcellcountparameters.
