背景与指南(BACKGROUNDANDDIRECTIONS)

我们知道，去国外承包工程，就需要我们派遣有关技术人员和管理人员到

国外去，这就涉及到国际旅行(InternationalTraveling)的问题，因而，作为从

事国际工作的有关人员就需要学习一些旅途用语和了解一些飞行常识，以便顺利

到达工程施工所在国。

一般说来，一个项目的人员往往分批而行，由于人多事杂，大家要相互照应,

注意带好自己的物品，尤其是护照(Passport)和机票(Ticket)。登机前，要到

有关航空公司的机场服务台(Check-incounter)凭机票和护照领取登记卡

(BoardingCard),并办理托运行李手续。注意，在行李标签上一定要填写清楚你

的姓名和将行李托运到的地方，填写名字时，要注意英语的Givenname是‘名"，

而LastName/FamilyName/Surname则指的是“姓”，以免取行李时遇到麻烦。

航空公司对免费托运的行李量有一定的限额(baggageallowance),一般为七十

磅(约为三十二公斤)，超重的部分要缴纳托运费，而且费用很高，所以，登机

前要问清楚，尽可能避免超重。另外，对每件行李的重量也有限制。

在飞机上，用餐是免费的，饮料一般也是免费的，但有些航班对供应的各种

不含酒精的饮料(SoRDrinks)不收费，对供应的啤酒(Beer)却是收费的。要喝啤

酒，可要做好空中小姐(Stewardess/AirHostess向你“onedollar,please.”(请付一■美

元。)的准备哟。在到达目的地之前，机上服务人员就会发给你两张表格，一张

是旅客入境卡(LandingCard)和另一张是海关报单(CustomsStatement)。!^座

位靠背后的袋子里一般都有旅客须知之类的小册子(Brochure),里面有告诉旅客

怎样填写的说明和范例，可供你参考。下飞机后，你得先到机场移民局，交上旅

客入境卡，移民局官员在检查你的护照和签证并询问一些问题之后，若没发现问

题，就会让你入境。接下来你需要到领取行李处(BaggageClaimArea)领取行

李。最后再到海关(Customs)交上海关申报单，办理入关手续。

如果你是过境(intransit),在过境国短暂停留几天后，还须换机(ChangePlane)

向工程实施所在国继续飞行。到机场候机大厅后，若所乘航班办理登机手续的服

务台不好找，可向机场内的工作人员询问，他们将会很乐意地给与帮助。在得到

人家的帮助之后，可别忘了说一句"Thankyou.“呀。
