GROUNDINGRULES BesuretocreateanexclusivegroundforthePowerCord’sFGterminal.Usea of100,awireof2mm2(AWG14)orthicker,oryourcountry’sapplicablestandard.TheSG(signalground)andFG(frameground)terminalsareconnectedinternallyinXBTGCunit.WhenconnectingtheSGlinetoanotherdevice,besurethatthedesignofthesystem/connectiondoesnotproduceashortingloop.Thegroundingwireshouldhaveacrosssectionalareagreaterthan2mm2(AWG14).CreatetheconnectionpointasclosetotheXBTGCunitaspossible,andmakethewireasshort,aspossible.Whenusingalonggroundingwire,recethethinwirewithathickerwire,andceitinaduct.MaketheXBTGC'sconnectiontogroundindependentofanotherequipment'sgroundconnection(seediagrambelowforadditionalinformation).Failuretofollowtheseinstructionscanresultindeath,seriousinjury,orequipment
