5.自主维护Objective:makethemachineoperatorthe“firstlineofdefense”,throughtrainingandempowermenttoensureregularcleaning,lubrication,inspectionsandtotalownershipthatachievescontinuousimprovementinequipmenteffectiveness目的:通过培训和授权让机器的操作者成为“第一道防线”,确保定期的清扫、润滑、检查和全部所有权,以获得设备效率的持续改进。Autonomousmaintenanceisself-governing,self-ruling,non-centralizedmachinemaintenanceprogram自主维护是一种自我管理、自我控制、非集中的机器维护程序。Requiresthebiggestchangeinattitudesofall需要下列人员在态度上发上极大的改变:Management,maintenancetechnicians,machineoperators,engineers管理人员、维护技术员、机器操作者、工程师WhyAutonomous?
