雅思复议胜利与否官方没有详细说明，考生在考虑是否申请雅思复议前，需要留意以下状况：

1.考生可以参考平常的复习状况及模拟考试成果，不过这仅是参考，详细考试由于紧急或者马虎影响发挥的可能也是存在的;

2.考生可以参考总体的雅思分数，一般来说，假如不是某项偏科特殊严峻，正常来说，听说读写四项的分数最大差是2分，假如超过2分，如听说读写分别是8.5、7.5分、5分、6分，考生可以申请复议。

3.英国文化训练协会在收到雅思成果单原件后，会讲复议材料提交给复议考官重判，考官将结合现场考试试卷，答题纸，口语录音等全部材料进行复议，整个复议流程大约是4-6周。成果结果将以书面形式告知。

4.关于复议结果及复议费用：假如在复议过程中有任意一项的分数得到提高，则表示复议胜利，考生将得到一张新的雅思成果单，复议费用原路退回到考生账户;如复议结果维持不变或成果降低，则成果单上的成果维持不变，复议费用不退回。
