第一步StepOne识别并标识客户与供应方IDanddocumentcustomerandsupplier(s)识别客户（右）和供应方（左）IDcustomer(right)andsupplier(left)第二步StepTwo识别所有流程IDprocesses按顺序识别所有流程。将同步发生的所有流程进行堆叠（从客户开始进行倒推）IDallprocessesinorder.Stacksimultaneousprocesses(startatcustomerandworkbackwards)
