塔楼结构3D3DTOWERGUANGZHOUGUANGZHOUCHAMBEROFSKIDMORE,OWINGS&MERRILLASK-结构系统描述STRUCTURALSYSTEMDESCRIPTION广州广商结构高度320米,共60层,建筑冠顶高度360米。其结构系统的侧向设计受控于作用以及风效应的共同作用。由于建筑布置的需要,建筑筒被布置在塔楼平面的西侧。为最小化塔楼结构的刚度偏心以及偏置筒所产生的扭转效应,筒采用钢结构重力框架以减少结构自重及刚度。筒邻近办公区域的交界面采用具有优良抗震延性的钢结构偏心支撑框架。机电管道可从偏心支撑的耗能梁下通过,从而较好的解决了与机电的协调。塔楼的北侧,东侧及南侧,采用巨型框架,共8根巨柱布置在办公区的四个角,沿塔楼高度有6道带状桁架与巨柱一起形成巨型框架的体系。周边的普通框架柱在地面层以上25米处被巨型框架转换,从而在地面层的三个边上形成一个36米大跨度的无柱空间。另外,在塔楼的北/东/南立面上布置有巨型斜支撑以增强这三个面的侧向刚度。巨型斜撑与普通框架和带状桁架不在同一个面内,从而避免了重力荷载直接传递到巨型斜撑中。位于角部两个巨柱之间的钢梁在作用下将形成类似于偏心支撑耗能梁的“保险丝”的作用。结构巨柱间的抗弯框架采用钢梁及钢柱,角部巨柱采用混凝土柱,其在地震作用下有良好的延性,其较高的刚度也有利于提高塔楼整体结构效率。楼板系统采用钢梁加闭口式压型钢板组合楼板。如楼面为闭口式压型钢板组合楼板,无需额外处理即可提供合适的耐火时间。压型钢板的厚度以及跨度将在设计中进行选择,以便施工时不需临时支撑。
