2/11抹灰空鼓修补方案改113江苏省南京市公路管理处抹灰空鼓修补方案一、材料?材料准备?袋装干粉砂浆、108胶,耐碱玻纤网格布,42.5普通硅酸盐水泥。空鼓原因分析1、基层处理不到位;2、水泥砂浆水灰比过大;3、表面没有压实;4、工人使用超过允许使用时间的砂浆,造成质量问题;5、面层与基层施工间隔时间过长且浇水不到位。三、操作工艺空鼓切除→基层处理→贴灰饼(大面积空鼓需要)→墙面甩浆拉毛→抹底灰→挂耐碱玻纤网格布抹面灰→浇水养护。空鼓切除:先进行空鼓复敲,检查是否有新产生或漏掉的空鼓,切除长度8cm以上的空鼓,切除一定要切除到位,避免切除面积过小造成返工;切除时不宜对抹灰墙体扰动过大,造成空鼓面积变大,增加修补难度;切除口部要方正,切缝不得过长。(线槽处切空鼓要避免破坏线管)基层处理:将已切空鼓处墙表面灰尘、浮土处理干净,前一天晚将墙面浇水湿透,并于抹灰前浇水湿润。3、贴灰饼:空鼓面积过大(长度宽度大于一米)的需贴灰饼:1)室内抹灰前必须用激光水准仪根据室内所弹规方线打灰饼;2)灰饼所用的砂浆为1:3水泥砂浆,在抹灰墙面上距棚面和地面200~250mm竖向范围内设不少于二行灰饼,各灰饼间横向间距不大于1.8m。距墙阴角300mm处必须设置灰饼,每个灰饼大小为边长50mm见方。墙面灰饼应距控制线贴灰饼。4、墙面甩浆拉毛:墙面甩浆前基层必须用水冲洗干净,在墙面湿润的情况下甩浆,甩浆须涂布均匀,且每平米不少于75%,终凝后洒水养护,甩浆拉毛必须使用中砂,下步工序施工前必须保证拉毛上强度。5、抹底灰:墙面空鼓修补抹灰严禁一次成活,在墙体湿润的情况下抹底灰,底灰表面扫毛或划出纹道,在墙面底灰抹完达六至七成干时方可进行面灰施工。6、抹面层灰前对空鼓部位满挂耐碱玻纤网格布,防止开裂。7、抹面灰:如果底灰较干须浇水湿润。对于抹灰厚度超过35mm的应进行挂网分层抹灰。面灰抹灰厚度要预留出刮腻子厚度,避免抹灰厚度高出墙面,造成观感问题,修补完成后使用靠尺校核。罩面灰施工完后,厨房、卫生间墙面要进行拉毛处理。按厨卫毛化要求拉毛。8、浇水养护:面层抹压完24h后,面层有强度后进行浇水养护,浇水每天不少于2次,养护时间不少于7d。四、成品保护1、修空鼓前对所能污染到的部位需进行覆盖(如面板、门窗等),杜绝砂浆等对成品构件造成污染,如发现要加倍进行处罚。发现一处罚款500元人民币。2、要保护好墙上的预埋件、电线槽、盒、水暖设备和预留孔洞,不要随意抹死。3、要保护好地面、地漏,禁止在地面上拌灰或堆放砂浆,抹灰用砂浆下部要垫板或彩条布,避免污染地面。4、抹灰过后随即清擦粘在门窗框上的残余砂浆。

郭富贵本节课是在学生学习了小数的意义以及小数的读法、写法基础上,进一步学习小数点位置移动引起小数大小的变化规律。教材呈现了山羊快餐店搬家后商品价格的变化,通过比较三个小数的相同点和不同点,引导学生发现小数点位置不同,小数的大小就不同,从而展开对小数点位置移动引起小数大小是如何变化的研究与学习。前面已有了一些小数知识的基础,在这里学生可以采用不同的方法进行研究。如通过数字“4”,在不同的数位上,发现他们之间的关系,从而得出:小数点向左移动一位,小数就缩小到原来的1/10;小数点向左移动两位,小数就缩小到原来的1/100…….在教学中,先让学生在老师的引导下进行尝试学习小数点向左移动,引起小数缩小的规律,然后大胆放手让学生合作,探究出小数点向右移动,引起小数扩大的规律,如果在探索中有困难,再给予适当的点拨与帮助。反思本节课的教学主要体现了以下几点:1、创设快餐店的情境,为新知识的探索提供了理想的自由拓展的平台。2、注重目标导引教学,让学生明白当堂应掌握的知识要点。3、在教学过程中通过设疑、猜测激发了学生强烈的求知愿望。如:当学生观察发现三个小数中的小数点位置移动时,相邻两个数是10倍关系,很想知道自己的猜测是否正确,就会产生强烈的学习愿望,很乐意继续探索下去。4、给学生提供讨论、合作、交流的平台。如:学生获取了小数点向左移动时会引起小数缩小的变化规律后,让学生小组合作,讨论探索出小数点向右移动,小数大小变化的规律。5、搭建了学生联想的舞台,“刚才通过研究小数点向左移动引起小数缩小的变化规律,你们又会联想到什么?”“通过实例来验证小数点向右移动引起小数大小的变化规律,试一试。”这些开放性问题使学生的思维得到放飞,在探索问题的过程中,既加深了对小数点位置移动会引起小数大小变化规律的认识,又使学生的思维获得了提高。6、通过达标检测,达标率达到了标准,说明学生基本上掌握了本节课的新知识。以上是比较成功的地方。不足之处:1、本节课教学课件设计的不够好,从课后作业的反馈来看,“小数点移动引起小数大小的变化”比较易错的地方是小数点移动时应向左移动,还是应向右移动,个别学生没有熟练掌握,我在教学时应使用课件直观操作,让媒体起到作用。2、在设计练习时,没有注意知识的梯度,练习题的趣味性不强,学生学习的积极性不高。3、自己在课堂教学中应变能力有待提高,有时忽略学生的想法,没能及时捕捉到学生发言中有价值的教学资源,使教学在动态中得到延续,说明我在课堂上要注意倾听和思考。通过这次活动,收获还是很多的,让我深刻认识到在课堂中需要改进和努力的地方,课堂教学气氛是非常重要的,它甚至决定着一节课的成功与失败,包括教师的语言,思路,构思都起着关键性作用,教师的一节课不是作秀,而是更好的为学生服务,让学生扎扎实实地掌握数学知识。所以,在以后的教学中,应扬长避短,多与老师们讨论交流和学习,使自己的教学水平更上一层楼。
