–Destinations条款8－目的港8.1Thedateofthebillofladingshallbeconsideredthedateofshipment.提单日视为装船日8.2Thetermsandconditionsofthecharterpartyagreementbetweenbuyerandtheseafreightlinermustcomplywiththetermsandconditionscontainedinthiscontract.IfanyofthetermsandconditionsdetailedinTheCharterPartyAgreementconflictswiththoseinthiscontract,thetermsandconditionsinthiscontractwillprevail.租船协议必须按照该合同条款来执行。如果租船协议与该合同条款冲突，应按照该合同条款来执行。8.2AlltaxesanddutiesorimportfeesimposedorleviedincountryoffinaldestinationshallbefortheaccountofBuyer.AlltaxesanddutiesorexportfeesimposedorleviedinsideofcountryofloadingportshallbefortheaccountoftheSeller买方由于进口产生的所有税费和进口费用由买方来承担。卖方由于出口产生的所有税费和出口费用由卖方来承担。88.3Bysigningthisdocument,buyerguaranteesithasauthoritytoimportthecommodity.签订合同时，买方承诺可以进口该商品8.4Destinationport: determine the weight ofshipment by scale weighing.11目的港买方付费指派算依据SellershallusethisweightasbasisoftheProvisionalinvoice.SellershalladviseBuyerbyfax/emailwithin5workingdaysaftersailingofthevesselfromloadingportofthecontentsofsuchweightandtheamountoftheprovisionalinvoice.在装运港口由卖方付费指SGS进行货物的磅码。卖方使用这个磅码结果在船开出后5个工作日用传真/邮件的方式告知买方重量和暂结发票金额。Buyermayatbuyer’sexpenseshaveitsrepresentativeatthetimeofsuchdeterminationattheloadingport.买方可以自付费用在装运港进行监磅WEIGHINGATDISCHARGINGPORT目的港磅码Atthedischargingport,thebuyeratthebuyer'sexpensesshallapplySGS(China)toinspectanddeterminetheweightofshipmentbyscaleweighing,TheSGS(China)weightinspectionresultsatdischargingportwillberegardedasfinal.SGS(中国)进行磅码，其结果作为货物的最终结Sellermayatseller’sexpensehaveitsrepresentativepresentatthetimeofsuchdetermination.卖方可以自付费用在目的港进行监磅Article13 –Sampling&Analysis条款13－取样和化验13.1Atthetimeofloadingofeachshipment,SGS(Africa)appointedbySellerandapprovedbyBuyer,shalltakerepresentativesamplesinaccordancewiththesubjecttoanyadditionand/oramendmentstobemutuallyagreeduponbySellerandBuyerbeforetheshipmentcommences.TherepresentativesamplesshallbesubdividedintofourportionsinaccordancewiththestandardandoneoftheportionsshallbeanalyzedtodeterminedthepercentagesofTin,(Sn)physicalcompositionandthefreemoisturecontentat105CelsiusdegreesassetforthinArticle2.Theanalysisshall,inprinciple,beconductedinaccordancewiththestandard.Three12portionswillbekeptbySGS(Africa).ThecostofsuchsamplingandanalysisshallbeforSeller'saccount.Ifthebuyerisnotsatisfiedwiththeresult,thenthebuyerhastonominateotherauthorizedentitytoinspectatbuyer ’s13.2Onceatdestination,buyerwillhaveSGS(China)toanalysetheshipmentinordertoconfirmtheSGS(Africa)analysistakenatleavingport.Iftherearesignificantdifferencesbetweenbothcertifications,BuyerandsellerwillsettlethesituationbyhavingAHK/ASAclearingthediscrepanciesout.每一批装运由卖方经买方同意指派
