第6页共6页ResponsePlanofPark园区企业疫情突发处置预案（正式版）ResponsePlanofNovelCoronavirusinCHJPark尊敬的业主DearCustomer：为做好全国新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控工作，切实维护人民群众身体健康和生命安全，根据《传染病防治法》、国家卫健委《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控方案(第二版)》，提高开发区预防和控制新型冠状病毒感染性肺炎疫情的能力和水平，规范开发区防控疫情的应急处置工作，特制订本工作方案。本方案适用于指导企业内部出现疑似或确诊病例时，企业应急处理方式，避免疫情进一步扩散：Inordertoimplementthepreventionandcontrolmeasurestoagainstthenovelcoronavirusinfectionsnationwideandprotectthehealthandthelifeofpeople,accordingtothe“PreventionandControlLawofInfectiousDiseases”andtheNationalHealthmission's“PneumonitisPreventionandControlPlanfornCoVInfections(SecondEdition)”,toimprovethecapabilityoftheParkManagementtopreventandcontroltheepidemicsituationofnCoV,standardizetheresponseplanoftheparktopreventandcontrolthesituation,weformulatethisplan.Thisplanisapplicabletoguidethepany’semergencyresponsemethodwhenthereisasuspectedorconfirmedcaseintheParkandtopreventthefurtherspreadoftheepidemic:一、园区内企业员工有疑似或确诊病例的处置预案ActionplanforsuspectedorconfirmedcaseofinCHJpark.企业员工获知疑似或确诊病毒感染的情况下，应及时告知所在企业，企业在获知信息后应第一时间告知政府相关部门及物业公司，以便开展相关区域后续疫情防控工作；Whenemployeesareawareofasuspectedorconfirmedvirusinfection,theyshouldpromptlyinformthepanywheretheyarelocated.Afterreceivingtheinformation,thepanyshouldimmediatelynotifyrelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementinordertocarryoutfollow-upepidemicpreventionandcontrolinrelevantareas;如在工作时间内发现，企业应在内部设立临时隔离区域，并将疑似或确诊病毒感染送达隔离区域，并通过物业公司指定的临时隔离通道离开园区；Ifsuspectedorconfirmedcasesfoundduringworkinghours,thepanyshouldsetupatemporaryisolationareainternally,delivertheemployeetotheisolationareaandleavetheparkthroughthetemporaryisolationchanneldesignatedbythepropertymanagement;及时核实病患信息，跟进病患病情发展并及时向政府相关部门及物业公司传递最新信息；Verifysuspectedorconfirmedemployee’sstatusinatimelymanner,followupontheemployee’sconditionanddeliverthelatestinformationtorelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementintime;配合政府相关部门及物业公司排摸病患可能的行动路径和密切接触人员，做好相关人员的隔离工作，避免疫情进一步扩散；Cooperatewithrelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementtoidentifypossibleactionpathsandpersonnelinclosecontactwithsuspectedorconfirmedemployees,isolaterelatedpersonneltoavoidfurtherspreadofepidemic.企业自行对病患工作过的区域进行深度消毒，保障企业其余员工的健康；物业公司将负责对公共区域进行深度消毒，确保园区其余企业员工的健康。Thepanywillcarryoutanin-depthdisinfectionoftheareawherethesuspectedorconfirmedemployeeshaveworkedtoprotectthehealthoftheremainingemployeesofthepany.Thepropertymanagementwillberesponsibleforin-depthdisinfectionofthepublicareatoensurethehealthoftheremainingemployeesofthepark.企业应积极跟进相关人员后续医疗诊断情况，并与物业紧密联系，每日填报《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间人员情况报告表》报送物业，在没有排除病情的情况下，拒绝相关人员再次进入工作场所。Thepanyshallactivelytofollowupthemedicaldiagnosisofsuspectedorconfirmedemployeesandkeepclosecontactwiththepropertymanagement,fillinthe“ReportofpersonnelstatusduringthenCoVPeriod”andsubmittothepropertymanagement.Iftheconditionofsuspectedorconfirmedemployeesisnotruledout,thisemployeeshallberejectedtoenterCHJParkagain.二、园区内企业员工与疑似或确诊病例有密切接触的处置预案Actionplanintheparkwhohasclosecontactwithsuspectedorconfirmedemployees在获知信息后第一时间报告政府相关部门及物业公司；Reporttherelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementassoonaspossibleafterreceivingtheinformation;对所有跟疑似感染病人可能有接触的员工，企业应引导员工按政府规定设置14天的居家健康观察期。观察期从和病人接触的最后一天算起。一旦出现任何症状，特别是发热、呼吸道症状如咳嗽、呼吸短促或腹泻，马上就医！Forallemployeeswhomayincontactwiththesuspectedorconfirmedemployee,thepanyshouldguidetheiremployeestoseta14daysself-quarantineperiodathomeinaccordancewithgovernmentrequirement.Theself-quarantineperiodstartsfromthelastdayofcontactwiththesuspectedorconfirmedemployee.Seekmedicalsupportassoonasyouexperienceanysymptoms,especiallyfever,respiratorysymptomssuchascough,shortnessofbreath,ordiarrhea.企业发现有密切接触者发热、咳嗽、乏力人员的疑似病例后，应积极跟进相关人员后续医疗诊断情况，并每日填写《企业员工健康状况信息登记表》报物业，对没有排除病情的情况下，拒绝相关人员再次进入工作场所。Whenthepanyfindsasuspectedcaseoffever,cough,orfatigueinclosecontacts,thepanyshouldactivelyfollowupthemedicaldiagnosisofthisemployee,fillinthe‘Registrationformforhealthinformationofemployees’dailytore
