Background腊山片区项目位于槐荫区，腊山南侧，规划建设净用地面积121,300平方米，约合182亩，为绿地在济南开发一揽子项目中的其中之一。项目利用现有的区位条件，通过景观空间、建筑空间的组合，以及周边景观的引入，创造济南市区、槐荫区中具有个性化的、较高品质、较高品位的标志性中高档住宅社区。整体形象定位为：功能集约但完善，品质高但成本严格控制，汇聚多国文化艺术精粹，将国际先进设计理念与当地地域文脉相融合而打造的现代国际人文生态社区。TheresidentialdevelopmentintheLaMountainarea

说的就是“泉城”济南

。泉城内百泉争涌，向有名泉七十二之说。一滴水珠轻轻跌入水面，慢慢地荡起一串涟漪，如珠光一样闪耀。泉水这个千年以来上天赐予济南宝贵的资源给予设计师无穷的想象，用一种现代艺术的手法，将水波这个柔和流畅的图案形式融合到绿地济南国际花都这个时尚之城的景观设计之中。Jinan

are

at

least

seventy-two

famous

springs.

Accordingto

an

ancient

description

of

the

city,

“springs

and

willows

are

found

in

every

courtyard.”

The

springsjet

and

gush

water

from

underground

forming

a

beautifully

pearly

arrays

like

a

strings

of

pearls.

Thisancient

description

has

been

taken

and

abstracted

to

give

a

logic

to

the

entire

sites
