2、提高油田企业的竞争力。本文通过对采油厂现行预算管理体系做法的分析，针对目前采油厂预算管理中存在的问题，结合预算管理相关理论依据及油田企业实际情况，采用了文献研究法这一研究方法，全面系统的展开了对采油厂多维预算管理体系的探讨。从预算条件的多维性，预算编制的多维性，编制控制的多维性三方面，来阐述多维预算管理体系的内容。提出了该体系在采油厂的应用思路及步骤，设计了多种保障措施。关键词：多维；预算管理体系；油田企业Exploration of multidimensional budget management system in oil production plantAbstractAfter m
