9、ificuniversitiesremainsanimportantdeterminantinhiring.Overall,21.8percentrveyedttheuniversityattendedbyanapplicantwasthe maincriterionfor whileanother45.1percentciteditasanimportanttheyfocusedonthecandidatesskillsandtcomparedwith33.1percentwhoRecruitersinFranceandBrazilweremostlikelytoconsidertheuni
10、versityinhirings,with17.6percentofrecruiterssayingitwasnotamajor exicoandtheNetherlands,inheNetherlands focusedonothernearlyhalf 49.6 exicoand48.5 Moresignificantly,nearlytwo-thirdsoftherecruiterssaidtheyregularlyuseduniversitylistsbytheircompany asareference forThesurveyinitiallydonlineresponsesfro
11、m n2,700recruitersin20countriestobuildprofileoftheideal graduateemployee.Respondentshadaminimumoffour yearsexperience and edthoseaimingtoernationally.CountriescoveredwereAustralia,Brazil,China,France,Italy,Japan,Malaysia,Mexico,theNetherlands,Poland,Singapore,Spain,Switzerland,Turkey,BritainandtheUn
