2、abilityforBreachofContractArticle42Shouldthecooperativeventurecompanybeunabletoco ntinueitsoperationorachieveitsbusinesspurposeduetothefactt hatoneofthecontractingpartiesfailstofulfiltheobligationsprescr ibedbythecontractandarticlesofassociation,orseriouslyviolates theprovisionsofthecontractandartic
