5、gh this course, students constructed a number of common basic principles of instrumental analysis methods and instruments of understanding and application of such a solution with a preliminary chemical engineering, chemical technology and other fields related to qualitative and quantitative analysis

Requires students to modern instrumental analysis in the field of knowledge has a more comprehensive understanding of the number of common instrumental analysis methods (gas, liquid chromatography; GC-MS usage; atomic absorption spectrometry; Ultraviolet and infrared abs
7、orption spectroscopy, etc.) of the basic principle can fully grasp; for a number of commonly used instrument construction principles, characteristics and applications of basic grasp; Raman spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy also understand; and require students to understan

11、l analysis involves a wide range, including not only the Science (such as physics, chemistry, biology, geology etc.) and also including engineering (such as mechanical, electronic, computer etc.) knowledge, can cultivate students in comprehensive and interdisciplinary research ability6.
