12、theirdevelopmentthatdriveeconomicandculturalchange.Thisideaisrelatedtoastechnologicaldeterminism.Butothersseetechnologyasmoreneutralandclaimthatthewaypeopleusetechnologyiswhatgivesitsignificance.Technologycanbeourbestfriend,andtechnologycanalsobethebiggestpartypooperofourlives.Technologydoeshaveanim
13、pactoncommunication.Whattechnologydoesnotdoisrelieveusofourobligationtousemasscommunicationresponsibleandwisely.TheroleofmoneySomeobserversthinkthemoneyonmasscommunicationwasadevastatinglybaddevelopment,notonlyinthehistoryofmasscommunicationbutinthehistoryofdemocracy.Itrobbedpeopleoftheirvoice,oratl
